Very poor service. The staff keeps wasting time talking, and it takes almost 2 hours to attend to just one customer. I’m definitely not coming here again. The paper token system is also very bad. This is the worst service center experience of my life.

All of your stuff is ridiculous each one of them is just sitting and getting salar for nothing i’ve seen so many coustmer going back with out getting any help then when its come to me i went their three times for my e-sim they told me to come next day and on third day they said very casually without even checking my phone that we cant help and there was three uncel before me they said the same without even knowing the issue every girl boy all of them are just getting salary for removing your coustmer i’m breaking your sim today i’ll shift to jio now

Only 2 persons are working in the store, they are working very slow too. There is long queue and at least 15 people are working.

The store is no opening at time of 10 am . I am waiting from an hour.

Worst service at all, I want to separate my number from family plan and there are 4 employee are available at the work office but still they don't have time to attend me I was waiting from 30 min at there office.

The service at Airtel office was disappointing. Even with the paper token system, the process was very slow and unorganized. Please increase the number of staff and meanwhile providing solutions airtel staff taking call from personal etc. Customers expect fast resolution, but the staff seemed uninterested and delays were unnecessaily.

I had a very bad experience with this Airtel se center. I visited for a simple eSIM transfer issue from my old iPhone to a new one, but the staff showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Instead of providing proper assistance, they kept aggressively pushing me to switch from prepaid to postpaid, clearly more focused on earning commission than helping customers.

Their casual and dismissive attitude toward genuine technical problems was unacceptable. The representative seemed more like a salesperson than a support executive. Airtel seriously needs to look into such practices, customers come for service, not to be pressured into unwanted plans. Overall, an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

A big zero to staff very bad behaviour they threaten me That increase your 3 month bill unwanted if you don’t pay unknown charges . Very rude behaviour by vanshika on dask . Think before visit.

The female staff at the counter is extremely rude and badly behaved. In a span of 5 minutes she misbehaved with 3 of her subordinates by shouting at them in presence of other customers.

Very poor service. I wanted to pay a bill under a corporate plan and received a call from the Indore Airtel branch regarding a postpaid connection. I requested assistance, but the representative refused to help and told me I had to visit the store in person. This is extremely disappointing and not the kind of service expected from a reputed telecom provider.

Worst selling experience with sales personal Rohit who works in this store.  He called frequently for selling you the product and after that hardly receive calls and revert back. My installation is not yet completed and he has stopped responding. On good faith I opted Airtel as having existing Jio Wi-Fi connection, but had a very bad experience. Not expected rom brand like Airtel.

I had a horrible experience. The girl who works there has a really bad attitude and is very rude. She was talking on the phone the entire time when she was supposed to be assisting us and was being rude to us for no reason at all. And didn’t end up helping us at all in the end. Terrible.

Customer care asked to visit airtel office, they asked to write an email, email asked me to write an email from registered email,

Email is already registered, Airtel office guy acknowledged that the issue is genuine but won't be able to do anything. Just keep paying bill for post paid and AIRTEL black.

We had gone to get my wife's postpaid number transported to the prepaid one. The waiting was not much and we took our seats in the waiting lounge area only for five minutes before our turn came. The Store is a compact one, but is manned by almost ten staff members.

The executive helped us with the transportation of the plan and it took place within ten minutes. Parking in the complex is a challenge and leaving your vehicle on the road may lead to towing of the vehicle.

It was a smooth experience for us on the whole and we liked the services.

Bad crowd management and too much queue even the staff was free then also not calling toh people for the problem

Worst staff, they have no team to assign for the installation. delayed my connection 2 days and no proper response from the salesman Rakesh Chouhan.
Do not contact him for Airtel installation.

The store staff is worst.the girl Meghna there is one of the most unprofessional  girl and have a very pathetic attitude towards customers.I have visited the store on 23rd November  and after that visited store three times but still the problem remains unresolved.She doesn't  talk to customers, Since I stay 50 km away from that store I am trying to contact that store from last 15 days but nobody does answers.She declines to talk to customer on face and she has been saying to be present in the store physically  so whether I'd she gonna bear my time and rravelling expense despite she told me that the issue will be resolved.

She doesn't have any professional behaviour,  They will  keep on chit chatting bit is least bothered about the customer service.
This is highly unprofessional  behavior  and one of the uneducated and untrained  girl meghna is ruining the customer service  experience to such an extent so that I have considered  porting my number to other subscriber and definitely going to complaint in consumer forum and tagging on social media  for such a pathetic behiavioir wherein yelling at customer is considered as ok.
Highly disappointed.
