Battery and dial repair of my Timex watch was not done properly. Within 3 days, the dial came out again. Very disappointed with the service.

I wanted to buy Casio Edifice watch. After discovering the fact that it is out of stock at most of the Casio authorised showrooms. Mansha Shinde came as a great guide and provided me with correct insights as to which brand and which shop will be the most convenient to buy this exotic watch. And finally with her guidance, I was able to buy it. A big thanks to Radio Time and one of its genuine employee Mansha Shinde. Have a great day.

There was a guy who use to work here for repair  of watch, after he left nothing is left in the shop. My current visits was not at all setiesfied 👎

They don't provide good after sales service. When i went to get my watched regarding color fade issue, they denied that this doesn't come under servicing but before buying they said if color fades we'll get it colored again. Very poor customer service

Varieties of Choices are Not Available in There.If You want to purchase watches between the range of 800-1000 then you are at the wrong place.I Suggest You Go To King Watches Just Infront Of Radio time For better choices and varieties in watches

Pathetic services.....Worst experience ever encounter till date at Radio Time....I had given a branded watch for reaparing (need to change the glass), at first they committed me to repair it within 40-45 days ...but after N number of followup call after 45 days they didn't responded satisfactorily....  after 2 months (as I am continously calling them to know the status of my watch ,as already its been too long) they told me its not possible to replace the glass, so I told them to return my watch, even after that l got my unrepaird watch back after 66 days. Such an unprofessional attitude from Radio Time...They deserve no star..

I loved this watch shop because it has various types of watches like wrist watch, wall clock, alarm/table clocks, etc. It has all brands of watches in not much price.
