I recently visited Mahadev Lassi and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had some delicious vegan options, including their Shahi Kalakand. The Lassi itself was refreshing and perfect for a hot day. The Shahi Kalakand was the real star of the show, with its creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness. As someone who enjoys plant-based options, it was a delight to have such a great vegan dish at a traditional lassi shop. Highly recommend trying it
