If you are going to get spares for your headphones or earphones, the place is Good.

They should behave politely with the customers, in case there is a genuine customer.

I would've given 5 stars instead of 2, if the service man behaved good.

Very very high service cost 1500 rs for service and the parts are highly expensive .
3500 rs just for changing a display cable .

I had the worst experience. I went there to replacey broken controller which was in warranty and they don't know how to test it l. Wasted my time and now I am with a broken ps5 controller.

Unprofessional, rude and completely irresponsible staff. I am connecting with them from last 24hrs for installation of my newly purchased tv... no service provided yet and the staff is putting blame on eachother and sharing fake contact number to talk to for installation team.
Now when i have escalated this issue they are denying to do the installation.
Never thought i will face such problems while buying "Sony" product.
The staff is spoiling the brand image.

Very poor service.
Initially they provided service time of 1 day but took 4 days and were not able to recognize what the problem is.
They said that they will call me about hardware problem but never called back.
Finally they shared the estimate of around 45K+ for new motherboard whereas laptop original price was 30K.
Exceptionally high cost service.
In asking about such a high cost, they didn't tell anything. Overall bad experience.

Richesh has helped me in assisting my complaint, and he resolved my sony television problem really soon. Richesh deserves a big shoutout for his exceptional assistance in resolving my problem promptly. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend his top-notch service!

Please have a valid number onto your website. How come your service can be good if you can’t be contacted when needed.

Very poor service, exceptionally high costing, very rude and arrogant staff.
They will not share initial estimate and will say "need to open and check device for sharing estimate". Then they will give you very high rates when you have no other option but to listen to them as service charges are already to be paid.
Trust me you will be victimize here. Go to any other place and be happy.

Personally I liked their service.
I had listened many bad reviews about them about they not responds on call..but that not experienced by me.

The place is fine but it needs a bit more staff to Handel its customers quickly, really would appreciate if they could cater more people at one time, but still I would say there service is nice, don't have any issues that end as such.

First of all it's really tuff to connect here..
Secondly they made us wait 4 days for installation and were not ready to come even then saying they have other installation as well, it's just that you should give a definite time and should work on it.

And without calling us they said we can't do anything about it.

Worst experience, team only asking for Rs. 11000/- citing mother board, I got it done from another service center at 1800/-...Making for in the name of Sony, please do not go there to waste your hard earned money.

Arrogent staff.They take a money for fake products.in my laptop my laoptop hard-disk had bad sectors.without checking they told me to give 11000 rupees for harddisk (note that's a replacement cost) or give him 6000 rupees in private to install 500 GB hard disk.i never such stuff in private company service center.

Polite and calm staff. Handles customers very professionally. Good measures taken for COVID too.

Careful Not sure but it seems they just done to software update or factory reset for TV but charged me for motherboard price.

Not at all responsible people .... They dont care the value of time for any of the customer .... Being SONY brand not expected from these people ... Not yet got the service but still reviewing.... Hope things may change after ....

3rd class service the person sitting there cheat to the customers ,put one big lock and shut down if you can not provide services
