I recently visited Thali and Thali for a lunch. They served a delicious Dal Tadka that was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the spices was just right, and I could really taste and enjoy the aroma of the slow-cooked spices. The dal had a nice texture, and it paired perfectly with some freshly baked naan.
