I recently tried the Rajasthani Thali at THALI AND THALI and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The food was not only flavorful and authentic, but also surprisingly healthy. As someone who prefers nutritious options, I was pleased to see a variety of healthy dishes included in the thali. I particularly enjoyed their dal and vegetable preparations. I recently visited Thali and Thali for a lunch. They served a delicious Dal Tadka that was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the spices was just right, and I could really taste and enjoy the aroma of the slow-cooked spices. The dal had a nice texture, and it paired perfectly with some freshly baked naan.
