This is Crispy corn chaat from Brown Sugar, Cscheme @brownsugarindia.
Had it before lockdown and I should say it justifies its name. The corns were super crispy from outside infused with red sauce and soy sauce and some veggies, garnished with some spring onions and peri peri masala giving it a little spicy Chinese taste.
