Pathetic place, pathetic people.. don’t have manners to talk, behave.. they ll tell u some different prices at first & tell different prices at last.. and they fight with u unnecessarily.. instead people buy phone cover in GT or Raisar Plaza but don’t visit these cheap people…

Extremely disappointing experience. The product quality was poor, but what was worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Customer interaction matters, and this company clearly lacks basic courtesy and accountability. Would not recommend.

I recently visited [Cover King Mi road.], and unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The staff at the counter were not only unprofessional but also used inappropriate language when I raised a concern. Instead of assisting me, they seemed more interested in arguing, showing little regard for customer satisfaction.

Moreover, the prices at this shop are significantly higher than other similar businesses in the area, and their policies seem designed to create inconvenience rather than support for the customer. I was particularly disappointed when the shop made an issue about their unclear terms and conditions, trying to justify poor service and inflated prices.

When I attempted to resolve the matter politely, the management and staff at the counter were dismissive and completely unhelpful. It's clear that customer care is not a priority at this establishment.

I strongly advise against shopping here until they improve their behavior, customer service, and review their pricing structure. They should focus on treating customers with respect and fairness rather than creating unnecessary hurdles.

1st I thought it's this people are not trusted but when I got my orders from cover king this gev me goosebumps the quality blown my maind the quality and the price is worth and it's above my expectations I very much thank full to all cover king employees.

3rd class shop, they don't have single cover of iQOO 12 5g , which cost 50,000 . 😂😂 Chindi shop.

Bad experience with this shop, they charge more price for cheap quality covers, today i visit their shop and check if their cover are value for money but i can indeed say that there are others shops are better and sell value for money covers, they charge high price even if cheap quality covers. You can compare their prices with other stores in Ganpati definitely you will se the difference of price between this shop and others for same product and thing
