Worst experience and worst staffing at the store here!!
I purchased a Television of almost a lakh from this outlet day before yesterday with one request to deliver the item the next day as I had some difficulties. They promised me that but did not stand up to that and I could not get the delivery.
It is 3 in the noon today already and despite repeated follow ups on the delivery i still have not received my delivery and the store manager who had promised delivery within first half of the day has stopped responding to my calls and the executive that sold me the product is clueless about the same and is now  declining all the claims he made at the time of sale!!

If this kind of experience is expected from a giant like reliance then why should we buy anything at all from this place?

If you are in good health and sense do not buy from this store!!

Wort experience for buying a mere mobile, they make fake promises, also not fulfilling the promise,  they said they will deliver the mobile at yesterday evening and it's more than 24 hours  and still they are asking me to wait for 2 hours more, please don't buy any product from them.

It was an amazing experience while purchasing a smart wathch. Store persons are very helpful.

I love store all items available but newer one like iPhone 16,17 MacBook are not available.i want to update the store items regularly

I have a bad experience with reliance Digital after sale service is horrible .they delayed installation on schedule day .thay are reluctant to even piick a call and fix the issue at earliest. They have already taken adequate time for installation. Even though they're unable to provide service. after five days of purchasing AC not install .

Availability of most of the electronic item

No updated product, they dont even have Apple 16, Samsung S24+. Most of the display panel mobile got switched off, and their response is the charging station got damaged. Display Products are not even cleaned properly.
Poor service. It's just degradation of Reliance Digital name and services.
