KFC is my favourite destination for relishing Fried Chicken. I love all KFC outlets. So, far had good experience with KFC. I mostly use online food portals to order food from KFC. Food from KFC is top notch and delicious. Chicken with dips is my favourite. Highly recommended if you are chicken lover.

This restaurant is at 2nd Flr, Wave Mall Katra B, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir 180015. I am unable to add 5 or 4 star rating here as the available facilities aren't of that kind. The taste of Krushers was good, however, they were lacking in the quality of veg burgers and french fries. The worst thing is the seating plan as there are so many (more than 10) restaurant on this floor, however, seating arrangement is common for all.

Nice place for non veg lovers taste is delicious. Located on the main road side. Also have a parking facility. Indoor environment is also good. Self service is there. Rates are also not so much high. Nice place to visit along with friends and family

It is not on par when compared to other outlets in bigger cities. service has lot to desire for. Long queues and less seating area are bothersome if you are with family. But If you love KFC and chicken then you won’t be disappointed. Chicken are well cooked, burgers are good but i am dissatisfied with taste of crushers or soft drinks they are bland. Overall it is good place to eat. Also you don’t have much choice just hope things improve.

KFC Wavemall Jammu is a nice place for family, friends or other social gathering. But there is asymmetric information about the type of non-veg served here, whether they are serving halal or jhatka i don't know and I'm not sure that they are serving halal  because every halal serving hub used to display a board with the tag that they serve halal only. In case of KFC Wavemall Jammu they are not using no such display board rather you even do not find anywhere on there menu card that thay are serving halal or you even don't find anywhere on internet that they are serving halal. On enquirying to the staff members they claimed that they are serving halal. I eat a burger there last sunday and I won't feel halal so, I won't suggest believers to eat there until they clearly mention of serving halal.

very poor quality of food served. like all the kfcs in the city nowadays , they serve the chicken which is fried beforehand and just warmed and served. it lacks crunch, freshness and the authentic taste. moreover the turbaned staff who helped us place the order, messed up the order and then talked back rudely. kfc quality is going down the drain !! they just make and serve fresh food !

The chicken good just for eyes due to the presentation and only due to the ambience around which touches the customers emotions and experience BUT when moving towards the quality and taste it is not actually good. The chicken looks like it will be very tasty according to it's crispy and crunchy look but when actually starts eating the same stuff the story is different.  I can't say at all that the taste is not good but yes according to it's price and outer looks it is not fit on expectation of consumers.

It's 2nd time my children went for kfc & complained of gut symptoms like nausea, vomitings   & loose motions.First time we could not connect it to KFC, but yesterday they had consumed nothing before or after visiting the KFC in Wave Mall.Seems they are not very cautious about hygiene & cleanliness at the backend.

Food was stale and was not even prepared well buns were not even fresh . Buns were breaking as i try to touch the burger and whole burger fall apart  when i picked it up . Old buns were used and taste was not upto mark. Staff told us burger are not served in butter paper . How am i supposed to eat it then? As you can see in the pictures the buns look not fresh and a sour taste from veggie burger. 0out of 5 👎🏻

The table was not clean, and the staff’s behavior was quite uncooperative. Since their cash service was off, they made no effort to manage the situation or guide us with alternatives. Instead, they started ignoring us, even while we stood at the counter for 10–15 minutes just to talk to them. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

I recently visited the KFC outlet at Wave Mall, Jammu, and ordered the Smoky Grilled Chicken. Unfortunately, the taste was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. I informed the staff about the issue, but they were uncooperative and unwilling to acknowledge or resolve the problem.

It’s disappointing to receive such service from a global brand like KFC. I didn’t want a replacement—I simply wanted my concern to be heard and addressed with some courtesy. Sadly, that didn’t happen.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.

Yesterday I went to KFC wave mall with my son for lunch and noticed they served the stale hot wings stating they are fresh.
The quality of food was very poor and not at all comparable to any other kfc servings.
Also the after effect of eating the bite was stomach infection.
Would appreciate kfc mgmt to look Into this and have an audit for this outlet.

First time ate in kfc ...never imagined the fried chicken to be so bad...non marinated chicken with oily crust ...even i make better chicken then this branch of kfc ..also the regular fries were just plain raw doesn't taste like fries but boiled potatoes .... I don't know about other kfc branches but this one branch in wave mall was definitely one of my worst experiences
..sad and disappointed 😑😭😭...
(edit) now my friends said it is good ...i guess i was unlucky that day as i was served that bad fried chicken or there fc is really bad these days , if anyone knows let me know please🤷

Have always found this particular outlet to be particularly poor in terms of quality. Sometimes overcooked, reheated chicken. This time there was literally blood oozing out of crispy fried chicken. Burgers are consistent disappointment but so are dirty t shirts of poorly turned out staff.

15minutes in queue to place order. Thats fien. But, 20minutes and they don't even have my order ready. When i visit the counter ask them polietly, they keep on giving me 5minutes jargan. Rudeness works. After more than 30minutes from the order timeI had to cancel the order,as i was running late for my flight and got refund back. Lost almost an hour and peace of mind.

Before eating any non-veg item please make sure it is halal as they are not mentioning it and only claiming it,,,,,moreover the brand is over hyped and quality is ok ok …. Pathetic and untrained staff.
I was there on 31st Jan 2022 placed order for ultimate bucket. Bill was given and I was standing in que waiting to collect the order. After 10 minutes I asked the lady how much time it will take, she replied where is ur KOT i told her that I got bill n i don't have KOT with me. She took the bill from my hand there were other people too standing for their order. Later I asked where is my order he replied where is ur KOT? I gave him the same answer. I was told again and again that it will take 5minutes, I had placed order at 19:44 hrs i was standing there till 20:30hrs. I don't that i am responsible to carry KOT with me for order, cashier has to punch the order and handover the KOT to kitchen. And If they were unable to fulfill the order they could have told me and would have cancelled the order. Instead of apologizing your customer they were laughing at me when I raised my voice and started complaining.  And my order was immediately served when I raised the complaint. I was not begging your staff for food, it was paid and I had paid for the services and food. Unacceptable attitude of staff from big brand like KFC, roadside fastfood vendors gives better services then what you are giving. Please give serious training to your people. I have seen staff at KFC Ahmedabad which is at Amvawadi, very friendly, there is a guy who is deaf but his service is best. Get him to Jammu barch and tell your physically fit staff to get training from him, they will learn about customer services from him.

Just the quality of food isn't important. There are few ladies at the front who takes order who don't have manners how to attend the customer. Just a big restaurant and I'm awfully surprised how can they employee such people without manners and ethics.   Horrible experience...
If there's an option for zero star I'd have given just because of the rude and mannerless people working here at KFC... Really gotta work...

The taste is ok but the quantity is very less alsp the size of the ckn is very small as compare to other kfc like in mumbai goa delhi

It no way tasted like the other KFCs. We were 5 of us and all of us had stomach ache after eating the chicken burgers. Our baby even vomited and had loose motion after eating a single piece of french fries. I would suggest not to eat at this place.
