If he doesn't want to solve queries why to give numbers also.
He feels he alone is owner and rest are employees. Then give no. of employees don't talk specially be humble

Been there for almost 2 hours. The door was locked and the representative was nowhere to be found.

My Sim isn't working, I am an airtel customer since 10yrs, my Sim was issued by my father who is 70years old and is in Ahmedabad... Here your retailer is asking me to call my father to his office just for a sake of issuing a new Sim card... Doesn't he know how to deal with such issues... If he is not capable of solving such queries please change your retailer.... I need my phone 24*7 and m helpless since yesterday..

Worst Experience Ever!

Staff is super rude and annoying, denied the services and support for the refund which is pending since 1 year from Airtel.

Lemme be specific with name, Mr. Chauhan.
You guys don't know the morale and Importance of customers!

No proper response from staff. Didn't take efforts to solve the problem neither did they explain the query I'm facing.

Worst experience, they take extra 525rs for mnp, and 100rs for kyc, even after customer care says mnp is free. They are charging 525 rs for their own use.. So much corrupted.

They are taking charge for kyc. Seriously?? Airtel company should stop this center. I did MNP. And instead of being thankful they charging us extra...
