I had a very good experience at Croma (Tata Enterprise). The staff members are extremely polite, respectful, and professional in their behavior. They patiently listened to my requirements and explained the features of different products in a very clear and simple way. I never felt rushed or ignored. Their customer handling is really impressive and makes shopping comfortable. This kind of polite service builds trust, especially when buying electronics. Overall, I am very satisfied with the staff and service.

I purchased Croma 1.5 tonn 5 star Ac is good
But instalation time i have existed AC removing charges asking for extra amount
But i agree 500/-
The installation person not contact to me
After 30 mins calling to he.

He was saying not updated to Croma show room wait  just hold updating
He was called again. Show room person saying Rs.700 is it ok fix installation
Other wise live it. Saying told her.

I purchased free installation is it ok
But i agree existed AC removing cahrges for 700/-

The show room persons dealing to the customer not good

I never purchased in the show room

I recently bought a new Lenovo LOQ laptop from Croma Kadapa, and the experience was very good. The laptop performance is excellent and worth the price.
Arafath, the sales executive, was very helpful and professional. He explained all the features clearly, guided me patiently, and helped me choose the right model as per my requirement.

Hi people,  People please be aware while purchasing the electronics in CROMA KADAPA STORE. they can easily fraud you. Services and responce to the customers is Worst.

I got Croma sound bar system 1 year back, but I got a technical problem on 8th month from from perched date. I called and complain on store many times but no response. After 2 months they came and checked the device, they told me that device not having technical issue, but this was control board problem you have to PAY to replace that part. This will not get under Brand warranty. Even though we have 1 year brand warranty and 2 years extra warranty. Still now i didn't get proper response and solution.

I am buying hp laptop i5 13th generation at before one year. Few days back my laptop screen was not onThey will charge extra 10000 for 10years warranty. I will call to croma employee they are not responding to issues. So please guys don't buy products in croma store. Very very bad item are selling.
