Recently visited Dosa Factory at Khaleel's and was thrilled to see their menu offering Paleo diet options. I tried the plain dosa and it was delicious! The batter was perfectly fermented and the dosa itself had a nice crisp texture. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was made with all natural ingredients. The staff was also knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to my dietary preferences. Would highly recommend for anyone following a Paleo diet.
