Quality of max branded cloths are not so good as per prices.

NOTE- While billing boys will request for taking elite membership they will say it's for 500 rupees but now it's in offer 250 rupees and you will get 250 off for 999 and above billing...
But the issue is they will not say clearly what is expiry date of all 4 coupons
First ask that clearly then buy it.....be alert ⚠️

There no clearance sale at kalaburgi max mall.and there is not much offers comparing from other cities store

It is a good place for buying clothes you can get quality materials here.

Good Quality clothes.. need more varities .. most of the time staff is not attending just time passing...

Good billing system. Friendly staff.
Check discount products properly as customers mix up discounted with non discount items; and staff may not be careful to seperate it.

To be informed you, As per your promise the purchased item must be delivered at 12:30 pm on 16-8-23, unfortunately it couldn't happen but when I visited the showroom at 1:20 pm to collect myself they are giving a new story stating that ‘’WE SAID AT 1:30 pm WE WILL DELIVERY’’ which made me very surprises fake and lie promise will lead down,

Max is situated at city centre mall Gulbarga,  here all kind of designed clothing available

Good range of clothing. Wait for a sale here. I managed to purchase athleisure range and was not disappointed. There was also a scheme of buying for 4k and getting a casserole set of cello for 99 bucks which was worth 1100 bucks. So good deal that way

Billing staff is very bad. They don't respect people particularly there is a lady who doesn't care for normal people. I purchased clothes for my son and was in queue for payment, but the lady denied my payment first even though it was my turn for payment. I left the clothes a d returned back without purchasing. I will never ever visit the outlet in future and advice all my friends and relatives not to visit max. I was regular customer of max.

No bags on purchase. This is one of the worst things

Worst customer service need to improve lot. should mention the off days of alteration so that customer comes to know as all the way we come from far place and after coming here says it's off day for tailor.
@9.30pm our billing done of around 11000rs.
exclusively asked for the alteration before payment it is said that after bill payment you can go for alteration but when we asked said it is closed by 9pm itself.
This itself enough me to say poor customer service.

Very good collection.. With best quality undoubtedly, I think it's one of the best places for shopping kurtis jeans tops and so on🛍️💸
