I am giving 1 star not for the product, but for the poor management at this particular outlet.
I purchased a product today and was waiting in a long queue at the billing counter. Suddenly, another customer broke the queue and completed their billing. When I questioned this, the billing executive argued with me instead of addressing the issue. I reported the matter to the manager, but the experience was very disappointing.
Kindly take appropriate action and ensure better queue management and customer handling in the future. Please also update me on the action taken.

I have a favorite pair of trouser pants that I’ve purchased from you twice before. However, they have been out of stock for quite a while now. Could you please restock them?"

I am giving 1 star not for the product, but for the management of this particular outlet. After we finished the shopping, the invoice was received by sms. While we were going outside of the outlet, there was a female staff who was asking for the invoice. I thought she wanted to check if the items are as per the invoice. But suddenly, I saw her going to the review section and trying to give full score. I stopped her and took my phone back. I am sure she was doing it with the instructions from her boss.

I wouldn't say that they're the best nor the least expensive textile in town, Still Max has kept up a word to meet fashion thoughts of the crowd in a lively way! Sometime they do have great collections (depends on the season, I believe summer has a great release)

The customer service was unsatisfactory, especially the billing section.A staff took our phone asking for the bill and tried to fill the review without our permission.

Very bad approach from staff, at the time off billing only one counter was opened, waited for 30 mints, and ask for open one more counter, it was 12.15pm at that time, they said it was tea break no staff to operate.

I had the poorest experience; the billing area was overcrowded because they have closed the billing on the rest of the floors. I tried to call the given number, but the person seemed not even bothered to listen. It is a shame to take customers for granted.

I had a very disappointing experience at Thalassery Max. The staff behaved irresponsibly and did not treat customers with the respect and professionalism expected. Proper customer service is very important, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the behavior and training of their staff.

Very good collection and a neat, clean shopping environment. Staff are polite and helpful. The store is well-organized with separate floors for men and women, making it easy and comfortable to browse. Overall, a great experience.

During one Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, I grabbed 7 gorgeous kurtas. The very next month, I went back and picked up 3 more when another sale popped up! Their collections are trendy and budget-friendly, perfect for anyone who enjoys stylish yet affordable fashion.

However, not all kurtas are made the same. Some are crafted from very thin, lightweight fabric—while the designs are appealing, I personally prefer richer, thicker materials with a premium touch. The good news is, if you browse patiently, you’ll find high-quality, elegant pieces that stand out. That said, design variety is somewhat limited. One minor drawback? You may spot others wearing the exact same kurta, which isn’t ideal if you’re someone (like me!) who prefers unique, one-of-a-kind styles.

On the flip side, the men’s section has some great finds too. I’ve seen trendy designer shirts—stylish, comfortable, and all under ₹999. Definitely a win for budget-conscious fashion lovers.

A quick heads-up on the packaging: if you need a paper bag, it costs ₹8. So, either bring your own or time your visit during sale seasons—like the Buy 2 Get 1 offer—when they often provide the shopping bag for free.

Max has a great collection at affordable prices. Good quality, neat store, and helpful staff. Perfect place for budget-friendly shopping.

Pros:- Available in downtown mall. The cost is a bit on the higher side compared to the tier of the city. Kids, Mens, ladies collections are present here.

Cons:- they don't provide any offers.

Overall it is fine to go and new trending clothes can be found here.

Very bad experience and the  service was disgusting. I didn't expected this from max kerala. Cashier behavior was very rude please improve the service.

I request max fashion to provide free carry bag by putting thier own advertisement in that. They are shamelessly charging Rs 10 even if we purchase for 10 thousand bucks. They don't care even if we go out of the premise without cover like grabbing thier products. Idiotic management. Vmarts unlimited is providing free carry bags with lots of exciting offers too. Lack of collection. Customer relationship is very nice. Situated in down town mall.

On an average everyone spend at least Rs. 1000, here.  But,  max charges Rs. 10 for paper bags.  If we go to surroundings, we will be given cloth bags for free.  Further,  this time they motivated us for paying Rs.  249 for elite membership.  It only appeared to me that they do business from other people's money.

I am disappointed due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the staff lacked basic courtesy and customer service skills.

As a regular shopper at various retail stores, I believe that good customer service is essential. Unfortunately, my experience at Max's fitting room fell far short of expectations. I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

I hope this feedback reaches management and prompts them to address staff training and customer service protocols. Improvements in these areas are crucial to ensuring that every customer has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience at Max.

Yesterday we went to the max for shopping but the shop was a mess especially the trial rooms were so dirty and unorganised,When asked to the staff They replied they don't know why 🙂. Actually the collections are good but poor maintenance.

I visited Max Fashion Thalassery yesterday and had a mixed experience. The men's section was a bit disappointing due to the limited collection available. However, the girls' section and the kids' section were much better, offering a wide range of trendy and stylish options.
Despite the limited selection for men, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist. Their excellent customer service made the shopping experience more pleasant.
Overall, if you're shopping for women or children, you'll find a good variety at Max Fashion Thalassery. I hope they expand their men's collection soon.
