I tried rebounding 3 years back from a different salon and it was not as I expected. it burnt and damaged my hair alot and they became rough. I also heard about the rumour that rebounding only damages your hair. but when I came to l'oreal r salon, they gauranteed me that my hair won't get damaged I tried once again.
the result was great. my hair are very shiny, silky and soft and I loved the result. it's very good to try. please visit it's very trustworthy.

My friend and I went here (June 2016) to get her a haircut. She got one for Rs. 1100. This included a relaxed hair wash. We went in quite late (around 6:30 pm) and were the only customers there. The haircut (designer hairstyle!) took about an hour and it was a leisurely affair. My friend had a great time and we came out happy! The staff are friendly and don't do the your-hair-has-this-wrong thing that most other salons do. A bit on the pricey side if you ask me, but the satisfaction is well worth it. Just so you know, they have something for 800 too. You need to call in ahead of time to make an appointment here.

PS: we are IITK students with the permanent complaint about services in Kanpur, but this experience was quite unlike what we are used to around here :)

I HIGHLY recommend L'oreal R salon. It's an awesome experience. Rashmi ma'am  incredible makeup artist . She made my special day more special with warm greetings, professional hair styling, makeup, dress up etc. Everyone were cooperative, professional, nice, well behaved and managed as well. Please visit once.

They do a very good bridal makeup. With regular Party makeup - the staff does a very average job and is not justifiable with cost. However, Mrs. Krisha was available while my makeup was being done and she went a step ahead and did an excellent finish to provide what I wanted while I wasn’t happy initially.

Miss Rashmi did a great job on the day of my marriage and for the reception. My sisters too got themselves ready with patience. Everybody looked so beautiful and flawless, perfectionis their status which they all keep up.
We are most definitely going to come back here for whichever function.

My hair Is very rough and colour combination is so bad before but when I came L'oreal R Salon i feel awesome..they provides Good hair spa. Hair colour is also very good. Hair becomes smooth n silky after spa. L'oreal R salon is best. Please visit once.

Thanks Rashmi Ma'am. My experience here was so awesome, totally worth my money. The people here are so good they kept in mind about the breakage in my hair and did the coloring accordingly without any bleach. I loved the final look. You must come here. Affordable for college students like me.

Poor service..I have gone for engagement make over, considering the brand name, however, make up and hair do done was not at all up to the mark. I looked double my age.

Hair do, nail paint, make up everything looked third class.

I never gave such negative feedback to anyone, but it was my special day and i really expected a lot from them.

I would not suggest anyone to opt for this salon.

Being a student here, I got a lot to learn. Not only in the terms of cosmetology but the management is also very friendly and Rashmi mam teach us a lot about other things which are going to surely help us somewhere in our future. The management is quite friendly and it's totally worthy enough.

I had worst experience in the salon. I should say that they don't have knowledge to do the makeup and how to treat customers. I had a party make but I was filled with loads of makeup which results in lost of my natural appearance. They only have two resources and only one knows how to do makeup. My sister's engagement makeup was also not satisfactory. I went to the salon by seeing the rating but now i have think regarding the same before going to any parlour.

The experience was worse than pathetic.
The staff  is extremely rude and arrogant.
They do not communicate about  the charges clearly and also do not provide a proper printed brochure disclosing the fee/charges so that once you avail their service, they can claim higher amount.The staff is extremely inefficient as they do not even  know how to do simple task of basic waxing.
What else to expect!!
First ever BAD experience of visiting a beauty salon.

very cordial staff..superb experience in terms of suggestions from Rashmi maam. engagement makeover  make up is very good.even a girl getting her makeup for first time feels totally  relaxed. my hair do by Reeti was very good .

I booked my bridal from this salon and it has been the best make over I have ever had..
Rashmi,  the artist takes care of the skin type,  the features before putting the make up.  I m glad, I booked it for my wedding!!!

Initially I had posted a bad review of this place as the hair color application on my skin that left a mark just before Valentine's Day made me very disappointed.  But as they say...you should  never speak when you are angry ...later after the first hair wash I realised that the haircut was actually nice and  gave volume to my hair. So I  take back my  older review  and  replace it with this one along with 4 stars to the salon.
