I recently visited Gin N Ginger and was blown away by their Mad Grilled Veggies dish. As someone who loves spicy food, I was thrilled to find this gem! The vegetables were perfectly grilled and had the perfect balance of spice. It was a refreshing change from the usual boring grilled vegetables I've had.
