This place is great. I waited for a long while for it to open and it was worth it. The staff is very helpful. The sink to wash hands in is a bit too small with respect to the higher than normal water pressure. Parking is a bit tough. None of that matters though. Given the menu and dishes, it's just worth it.

I had ordered a basket of 12 pieces with fiery option. It was a huge basket and I have added chicken nuggets with sprite. I have noticed that the taste of cold drinks is different here that we normally purchase from any other shops. Anyway everything was great staff told me that order will take 15-20 mins to complete so I told them that I will be back I have some errand to take care of. My mom wanted to eat chat so I went to Chapphan bhog at companybhagh and bought it. Then I returned and what I found that order was still not prepared so I sat on a table and waited for another 4-5 mins. Atmosphere was good, chill, music was going on at the restaurant as my order got prepared staff asked me to collect it and they asked me to visit again😊.

I recently went there, and proper Sanitization is there in the Outlet. All options are available you can take away your order or you can sit inside Outlet also. I ordered Fried Chicken Wings, Veg Zinger Burger, Fries and Cold Drink. All were good in taste and service is also good in this KFC outlet.

In kanpur there are two kfcs. I got swaroop nagar KFC is better than z square KFC because it's not so crowded and it's has good service.i like to go here. Best chicken you got there. I love KFC.You can never get better taste than KFC.the way so swaroop nagar is also not crowded so can go there

This is first outside franchise of KFC in Kanpur and it's good that we don't need to visit mall for a quick bite. Food is good as like all branches of KFC. My favorite in drinks is crushers, must try atleast once. Interior and ambience is also very but service is little bit slow.

The location is the biggest thing going for this KFC outlet. They have the typical, fast-foody KFC ambience. Notably better when comparing to other Kanpur restaurants is the overall cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. The window seats are spacious and offer vibrant views. I found the serving times erratic though. Parking is limited.

I ordered items worth almost 2000 and have been waiting for over 40 minutes which was the ETA for my order

And now when I call the delivery guy, he tells me that he is is still a the store waiting for them to hand over my order to him

It's an issue more with KFC Online booking option and then with the store as none over there seemed knowing anything

The online site wasn't showing pickup as an option while standing in store

While choosing the option of paying through UPI, the option wasn't available and store wasn't ready to take cash either

The grey shirt boss guy was busy with nothing at about no-rush time of 4pm and was totally oblivious of the online booking procedure and was also completely disinterested in helping
Though not rude in words but was uncouth in actions reflecting an 'I don't care attitude'

I had to do all this online thing because firstly I was going to avail delivery but incidentally passed right infront of the KFC2 Kanpur store so decided to book there itself and take delivery as the menu items shown online weren't available in the KFC2 Kanpur store's system

And what a terrible experience it'd been that I just walked off without the order which I'd booked for about 1500 rupees and the sole reason is bad website experience and terrible in house customer service

I've been eating out at KFC since years and in this time, the number of outlets and their ambience has increased for better but somehow I feel that the menu's gone down totally opposite.
The inclusion of burning hot spices in the spicy grill, the exclusion of breast pieces to serve only small sized leg pieces, taking out Cheeza from the menu along with those very Indian touch Curry Crunch feels like , missing a lot.
The mingles bucket used to be a delight but that also seems out now.
I think, some less spiced options along with chunkier pieces with signature styled KFC condiments will add on amazingly to the taste otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, it won't be a preferred choice in my list of food as main course but just a three piece boneless strip or a classic zinger along with a Mojito as just a quick bite.
KFC, please improve your menu as before.

Dined in on 22nd Jan and felt to have a Double Down Burger with Popcorn Rice.

Short staff, service is not so good , The atmosphere is also nothing special, the songs also do not play trending, you can go only in the name of KFC. Food is also as good as it is in z square mall, overall is ok, can be visited

Food was fresh and hot. Hygiene and food safety was maintained. Staff/manager need to strictly take care and monitor social distancing of customers at pick up countor

P.S.: Due to lockdown restrictions the restaurant is open for delivery and take-away all days and dine-in is available till 8pm (mon-fri).

Could be better:-
4pc hot and crispy was dripping oily and the coating just came off.
Congested seating.
Water was leaking from the AC near the entrance and couple of places.
The person at the counter seemed to be in a hurry to take the next order and was hurrying the customers...it seemed like a technique to not entertain complaints about excessively oily dishes.

I have eaten at kfc z square outlet and at this separate company owned kfc outlet. The food at this separate outlet is better. The buns are more soft and chicken dishes are more fresh. I would recommend eating here.

KFC outlets are mostly good  so this also like that a regular hygienic KFC outlets with a proper seating arrangements most the people do not sit in here because once they have received there orders they generally prefer to sit in there cars and eat. I have given them 3 stars just like that otherwise it is good.

very limited options as no varieties at this store, visited 4 times but now no reasons to re visit again as nothing to choose new and got bored with both options, please include some varieties to get repeat visits. also need to pay attention on service which is below standard as often same perosn take order and deliver and mostly coke dispenser remains out of order which make it horrible as dry items r difficult to eat without beverages and u hv no option other then dry item

If you want to visit here keep your debit and credit cards at home as their swipe machine never works. They only deal in cash and UPI payments. They have limited staff and single counter to receive and deliver orders. Average waiting time is 30 to 45 minutes. No Covid protocol is being followed so enter on your own risk.

Do not go to this place. The store manager told me that there was some payment issue for my order and after a bit of haggling I was made to re-pay the amount for the same order. They told me that the amount would be refunded back to me after 48 hours but then there has been no response from their side. She also gave me her fake phone number convincing me to call her if i face nay problem. The girl over the counter (priyanka) was another fraud and did not help me out.

This place is a big sham. Stay out of here and spend your money someplace better

Mohsin and Amir very arrogant boys at store. They started fighting with customer who opposed them for not following que system . They started creating environment that customer had abused infact it was not. Seeing all this I return back without eating anything. Parking on road always fear of vehicle being penalized.

The air conditioning is laughable, does not work even when complained about. Given a lame excuse of it not being cool because the front door keeps opening. Had to eat our meals in the heat, defeats the purpose of going out for a good time .

Went on Dussehra night. They had limited and overworked staff. The staff at the order counter was totally uncooperative in divulging details about the menu. They took 40 mins to provide us with the takeaway order and when I reached home and checked the order out, one large popcorn chicken was missing.

I tried calling, but KFCwas not reachable. Totally unacceptable.

An item worth rs. 248.57 is missed out altogether from total order worth rs. 637.00. And customer has to register complain for the spoilt dinner. Pathetic service

This is worst KFC outlet ever. The staff holds no regard for your order, there is no queue whatsoever, the people who have  ordered after you get their order before. The quality of food given by these people is  very poor, the chicken was raw and not cooked through, it was also tasteless and soggy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this outlet, it's better to eat something vegetarian instead of going here!
