Overpriced & poor quality products...My Samsung Z Fold7 backcover not lasted for even a week for which they have charged Rs. 2.5K...Totally waste

I purchased phone accessories (back case, screen protector) from this store on 21st Dec (Sat) in the evening worth 2600 and wanted a receipt for the purchase I made. I was assured that I will be provided one by Mon and was given a number of one Mr Vikas who was to call me on Mon and send me a e-copy of my receipt. When no call was received until the end of day I called Vikas and was informed that a receipt was on my way shortly. Since then I have not received any receipt and Vikas has even stopped picking my calls made on 26 Dec and 4Jan. I also sent an sms to Vikas which was also not answered. One of the accessory was reportedly with a warranty period of 3 months. How can that be activated without a receipt? As this was for my official phone, I also will not be able to claim any reimbursement for the purchase. Not sure why such business practices are being allowed.

An update: a few days after posting it, the shop manager finally gave me my receipt electronically so i have increased my rating from 1 to 3. I hope they do not make another customer undergo this experience.

Worst staff of store ,I have asked for tempered which they have pasted on the enterance of the store for rs.@39, one staff (Mr.Arvind pandey )talked in a worst tone nd said that give feedback for us on google .  Its a very bad experience ,n wrong attitude when u mention the price for marketing  nd talk in bad way with the customer.

Worst phone factory outlet they are useless , they sell products at a very high cost , they have done fake marketing of 39 rupees screen protector

All mobiles and tab accessories availble here and very good staff here...
