● This promotional offer (Offer) is brought to you by Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited (Amazon) and is made available on www.amazon.in or its mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in"). Under the Offer, Amazon.in customers who click on the link provided in the Offer between 12 a.m. IST January 25, 2022 - 11:59 p.m. IST January 25, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (Offer Period) will be eligible to purchase the monthly recurring Kindle Unlimited membership for three months (Promotional Period) for INR 2.
● Customers agree that after the Promotional Period has ended Amazon will charge the customer INR 169 per month for the recurring Kindle Unlimited membership using the payment mechanism on file for the customer.
● A recurring Kindle Unlimited membership can be purchased using any of the eligible payment instruments specified on the payments page. The Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions apply to your Recurring Kindle Unlimited membership.
● Customers can cancel their Kindle Unlimited membership at any time by visiting amazon.in
● This Offer is only available to Amazon.in customers (i) who are located in India, (ii) who have set India as their current country in their Amazon.in account settings, (iii) who have a billing address in India and (iv) who have accepted the Amazon.in Kindle Store Terms of Use and Kindle Unlimited Terms of Use. Any customer attempting to register the Kindle for reading app from outside of India (or from a device with a non-India IP address) is not eligible for this Offer.
● This Offer does not apply to physical goods.
● The Offer is limited to only ONE per customer and Amazon.in account.
● Standard terms and conditions, including the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice, Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions, apply to this Offer, use of Amazon.in and the Kindle reading apps.
● The Offer is non-transferable, not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and may not be combined with other credits or special offers running on Amazon.in. The Offer has no cash alternative and is not for resale.
