Nice fashion store. Not only clothes but other products likes shoes slippers perfumes socks sole kinds of toys and plushies and handkerchief amd many more. Also Good trail room. Staff tak out the hangers and clothes left by previous customers and giving a nice trail experience to new ones.I like the payment counter there are four of them which is a good number and there were staff in all the payment table . In some stores there will be many counters but staff will be absent.Also friendly staff and, nice offers and discounts and in shop delivery.  Like we can try the clothes in the store ans make it deliver to home from there itself . The only two things that is a bit not Okay is the parking. In the front parking space cars park at right end of the parking space which makes other cars to go over the right corner . Even if the cars park in order.  If the car from the right corner needs to move it cannot as other cars are lying . There is no space for that car to reverse.  Basement parking is okay with nice sensor lighting but the pillars is an issue. Nevermind that pillars is necessary to hold the store 😅. I suggest that a bir more collections is necessary in the store. No other problems . It's a good store and I had a good experience 😁

A Disappointing Shopping Experience at Max Aluva.
I recently visited the Max store in Aluva and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The store was cluttered and disorganized, with clothes haphazardly strewn about, making it difficult to navigate. The lack of cleanliness was evident, with dead insects on the floor and construction debris left unattended.
The selection of clothing was limited, and the pricing seemed excessive for the quality offered. The staff, while not outright rude, lacked the basic courtesy of greeting customers and offering assistance. The long wait times at the counter and the lack of proper training for staff were further drawbacks.
The store's green initiative of charging for paper bags, even for purchases exceeding Rs. 1000, seemed contradictory to their overall maintenance. The hidden elevator and poorly maintained trial rooms added to the inconvenience.
It is disheartening to see such a well-known brand compromising on quality and customer service. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall shopping experience.

Collections are fine. Billing takes forever. Also even though the tag was removed the alarm rang when I exited the building. The lady then called me back and they tore the price tag a bit and then tested again and alarm didn’t ring. Good that I don’t want to return the item. I don’t know how will I explain this incident if I had a thought for returning items.

Good collection, but the billing counter would be better near the exit or on the ground floor. Having it on the first floor makes it a bit difficult.

No good collections and not worth the price. Staffs are unfriendly, they think showing too much attitude towards customers is the best way to stay in the market.

It has nice collection, have nice space , parking and it has nice accessibility also. But in evening there will be a long que in billing.
The billing is very slow, customer's time is aslo valuable.

The sales girl was extremely helpful and patiently guided us for over an hour while we selected clothes worth ₹2500. She even explained the membership program and its benefits very clearly.

However, the entire experience was ruined at the billing counter. The billing staff was outright rude and unprofessional. When I tried to use my existing membership, I was bluntly told it couldn’t be used because of some WhatsApp confirmation process — something the sales staff was completely unaware of. This shows a serious lack of coordination and absolutely no respect for customers’ time.

The only reason we went ahead with the purchase was because we had already spent an hour selecting clothes. Otherwise, the billing staff’s behavior was enough to make us walk out. Management really needs to fix this attitude issue at billing — rude staff can drive customers away no matter how good the sales team is.

I'm grateful to be visiting Max in Aluva. I think that Aluva didn't have any satisfactory clothing shopping centres with collections. Like other Max stores, this one has nice collections and is organised properly. There is more parking below but less in the front area. The only issue was that Max in Aluva is next to a market area, which gets too crowded at peak hours. During busy hours, it's quite difficult to get here.

I purchased dress from the Max store in Aluva. I feel misled because the actual prices were significantly higher than the low rates advertised on the large display boards.. I believe this is a misleading price display practice.

VERY DISAPPOINTED ❗❗

I visited the Max store in Aluva today after seeing some promotional offers. I have always appreciated the shopping experience at your outlets. However, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with an incident that occurred today, 3rd August 2025,Sunday.

We picked up a few dresses clearly marked at much lower prices — for example, one was shown as ₹99 and another around ₹299. We even confirmed the prices with a staff member before selecting them.

However, at the billing counter, the prices were completely different — ₹399 for the dress marked ₹99, and over ₹600 for the one we expected to be ₹299. We couldn’t verify the actual prices ourselves because the price monitor wasn’t working.

When we asked to see the bill before making the payment, the staff said they could only show it after the payment — which made no sense. The reality was that they wouldn’t refund the money after payment, even though the pricing was completely unexpected.

We spent nearly 2.5 hours in the store trying to resolve this. The billing staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no professionalism. They didn’t explain anything clearly. And when we decided not to take the item, they refused a refund, saying the amount could only be credited for a future purchase — which is completely unfair.

Also, the clothes we purchased weren’t even folded properly — despite paying for them.

This experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope Max management takes this seriously and improves staff training, customer service, and transparency in pricing and billing.
We expect more polite and customer friendly staffs from a store like MAX

Visited couple of times now, keeps better each time I visit. On my new visit on aug 2025 I even took the elite membership because I was impressed with the new stocks and collection and price speaks better. You can get both budget friendly and expensive item on the same space

Very good customer service. The team at MAX Aluva is friendly and attentive.

The quality is decent for the price, though some fabrics may feel a bit light. Their in-store experience is smooth, and good. Staffs helping when we needed any help overall 👍

On Monday February 2nd , I waited for 40 mnts to bill a item , because of system error , very bad service
