Iam a regular customer of max fashion,purchased from different outlets,i felt billing staff of angamaly is the most disrespectful, unproffesional,visibily kidding comments,acts like childish.i felt irritating.please train them to be

Very unprofessional staff especially at the billing counter.

The billing counter staff were rude and unprofessional.They were busy in chatting and laughing loudly while billing and this make us wait for atleast 15 - 20 minutes at the billing counter.  We felt the overall management there is very poor and lack of training given to staff.

Very confusing atmosphere, Pricing, Discounts Labeling etc need improvement.
Many items showing discount and offer but at the billing time the discount structure they explained is different from our initial understanding

A very spacious showroom is arranged on three floors.There is a large collection  of cloths  here, Cloths starts from Rs 199 to Rs 2999 are available.The staff are  very polite and smiling face. Currently no offers available but reasonable price for all cloths.fast billing and exchanges are available.All kinds of payment mode are taken  & one thing to note is that the carry bag is chargeable.Ample car parking facility can park at least 20 cars at a time and bikes can be parked separately,It also has a good toilet facility and wheelchair accessibility.

Good shop... Good choices... I have purchased one top worth Rs. 1300. It was awesome... All my friends liked it. But I think some more collections are needed... some common colours are not there. Also need some function based dresses too ..
Staffs are also cooperative.  But one thing I felt so negative that the billing section is placed upstairs.. and theyare giving e bills .. that's good but as a customer I am not interested to give my phone number in the shop... Then how I could get my bill... ?  It's not a good practice to ask the mobile number of customers... And also waiting a long time to get the e bill through message..   find a better solution for this issue

The billing counter was no better. The staff were rude and unprofessional, showing visible irritation when asked to assist. Rather than providing a smooth checkout experience, they even argued with customers, which made the situation worse.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made shopping at this outlet extremely disappointing. The management urgently needs to train the staff on how to behave on the floor and how to properly assist customers.

I always prefer to purchase from Maxwell rather than trends or Zudio. But recently, Maxwell is not so compitant with others regarding the all-time favorites regardless of new trends.

Good collection of daily wear dresses for a moderate price... Quality and fashion are appreciably fair... The show room is spacious with good Parking and easy accessibility.... Staff support was also good... Availability of correct size in many preferred designs was very poor...

I recently visited the Max outlet in Angamaly and had a disappointing experience. The store was showing jeans priced flat at ₹199, but when I went to pay, the billing staff told me the price was actually ₹999. This felt like misleading customers, and it was very frustrating .
