My laptop’s ‘S’ key was stuck in a looping state. I had taken it to another repair shop where, even after asking several times, they refused to clean the key. They claimed it was a short-circuit and insisted on a full keyboard replacement for around ₹3,000. I came here, and they simply did what I had originally asked — cleaned the key — and the problem was solved within minutes.

It's rare to find places that actually listen and act on what the customer asks. Really appreciate the honest and straightforward service. Thank you ......

I went to their shop for my broken display. They repaired it in no time and not even charged me for the same stating that that is not much of cost. Where every shops charged even for their touch in phone these guyz are charging nothing... really superb guyz....

Terrible Experience

I gave my Legion Pro 5i for repair because the display wasn’t working. When I pressed the power button, the keyboard lit up and I could see everything just fine through an external monitor. They said they needed to get the same model display to test if it was the issue which took two full weeks. After replacing it, they told me it wasn’t the screen at all, but rather a GPU issue - apparently the GPU was overheating and shorting the display. I trusted their diagnosis and left the laptop with them, hoping they'd fix it.

Another 2–3 weeks passed with no real updates, just vague promises that they needed more time. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and went to pick up my laptop. To my shock, one of my RAM sticks and an SSD were missing. They claimed those parts were at another branch and told me I could take the laptop now and get the missing components later. I refused and said I wanted all the original parts back with the laptop. I gave them one more hour to get everything together.

When I returned back home, the RAM and SSD were back in place, but now the laptop wouldn’t even turn on. The only sign of life was the keyboard lights flashing when I plugged in the charger. The charging indicator didn’t light up, and I couldn’t power it on or off. Either they made things worse while I was gone, or they  removed the battery and tried to cover it up.

To anyone planning to give their laptop for repair: if you know even a little bit about tech, don’t let them tell you that you can’t be present while they work on it. You have every right to make sure your laptop and all of its components are handled properly and nothing goes missing.

Had to get my screen guard replaced and was supposed to go to another shop but stumbled upon this and glad I did.
Bilal cleaned my phone so thoroughly before putting a new screen and he cleaned my phone case as well and I really appreciated it. Also half the cost of what it is in Bombay!

Such a worst experience.
I had to give my Infinix laptop to change the broken hinges. They said they can fix it so I submitted my laptop to them and went for work. When I came back to pick it up they said they tried to stick the hinges instead replacing the new parts and so it didn't work. And they asked if I have serviced my laptop earlier because the camera strip has been broken it seems. I was very sure that my camera was working just day before also.. And I haven't given my laptop to any service center till date.. It never had an issue other than this broken hinges. But they started arguing with me saying Someone already worked on it and thus camera strip got broken.. I told them this is the first time I'm giving my laptop to a service center. So i took back my laptop and then later I realised they ruined my mic too.. Now I have to spend my money to fix the camera and mic which was working very well until I submit my laptop to them. Later, I have given my laptop to another service center and they checked it.. They said we need to placed an order for new hinges.. They also checked the camera and mic and rectified that it was broken during the previous service since it was in well condition before..
If u want your gadgets as it is, never approach this people. They ruin it and never take the responsibility.. They know it got damaged by them and just keep on arguing.. Being the laptop owner, I know i have never submitted my laptop to a service center but this people was arguing with me saying I have serviced it before .. Very bad service.
