Been here a lot of times. Somedays there is too much of a crowd and if the delivery takes more than 7 minutes, we can ask for a free chicken piece. The staff is mostly polite and ready to help with the order. Wouldn't rush the customer even in peak crowded times.

After a tiring day went there for quick dinner and ordered a zinger 5 in one box. Have to say that they don't serve food cold(except the coke which was chilled better than expectation) as many other kfcs do. The burger was delicious with clearly visible servings of cheese slices. Rarely happens that what you see in the ads is put on your plate but here it happened. Great experience.

The billing time is so so long there is serious in need of good staff if they change they will be more customers because I just waited like what almost half an hour they cooking also not upto what kfc has maintained its legacy .. so if they do like these things they will lose their legacy their reputation and what ever they have done till now to get the big name so I suggest to get trained and quick staffs

I recently visited this location of KFC gold souk and was very disappointed with the food quality. It seems they may have been using old or reused cooking oil, as the fried items I ordered had an unpleasant, stale taste. This was the worst fried food experience I've had from this restaurant brand. The flavors were overly greasy and the texture was soggy, rather than crispy as expected. I would not recommend this particular location to others, as the poor oil quality has clearly impacted the taste and quality of the food. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as it has really tarnished my impression of this usually reliable restaurant chain.

Today I ordered KFC lunch menu of roll with crispy chicken large, they make me to wait for 15minutes as like others. So where's the 7 minute policy of KFC?? Staff are short which resulted in a long que for orders. I tried to pay via card, after inserting my card one that girl told me its (card) not working, I replied I will another card, but she forced me to pay liquid cash just to save time of the customer behind me. Satff are polite and they were in rush and hurry burry. One veg cheese and eggless dip was in my bill, but they gave only eggless dip, I noticed this in the middle of my eating, I didn't asked them coz I don't want to break the comfort if my eat. I don't blame on this, but whoever in the store please take care on the items in the bill. In total I will not order or choose this place again. There are other shops for the same thing im food court. Okey my KFC craving is over for ever with this incident. #Unsatisfied.

It was an unpleasant experience during the last visit in this outlet and the primary reason was the staff making mistakes in my order and charging me for additional dips which I didn't place order (denied during the order) that too 6 dips which costs 30 x 6 = 180.00 Rs.

I can certainly understand the wait time but what is stopping the store from displaying the bill numbers and approximate wait time ? Everyone could use the tike wisely if informed well than checking with the staff every now and then to be told " Sir it will be ready soon ".

Their Parking isn't great but manageable.

KFC is a fast food - don’t expect people to wait for 10-15 minutes
Your display is not working correctly - it states some order number as ready but food wasn’t ready .

We ordered a Jumbo Zinger meal from KFC, MG Road, and we found a worm in the lettuce, which had also changed colour from green to yellow, indicating it was not fresh. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable from a brand like KFC, and it raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. Very disappointing experience at KFC Central Square Mall.
We ordered the Dunked Burger and Chicken Pops, and it was by far the worst KFC food we’ve ever had. The batter was not fried properly, felt soggy and undercooked, and the chicken itself was rough, hard, and extremely low in quality. The taste was terrible and completely unacceptable for a brand like KFC. This outlet clearly lacks quality control. Definitely not worth the money and not recommended at all.

Very bitter experience from kfc. There was a buy 2 for 99 offer for regular drinks and they billed the full amount. When I enquired with them, they told me I did not use
a  code word when placing the order, so they just decided to bill the full amount without asking me. How are we supposed to know we need to use a code word to place the order when it’s not mentioned anywhere? The least they can do is confirm with me when placing the order. This is scamming in broad daylight. This is not the kind of behaviour I expect from the staff and manager of a reputed brand like KFC.
The food itself was not up to the mark. The chicken did not taste fresh, the first time I experienced such a letdown from KFC.

Absolutely unacceptable service at KFC! A simple order took 27 minutes, while delivery and parcel orders were prioritized over dine-in customers. This is a complete disregard for customer experience and a disgrace to the KFC name.

I placed my order at 7:43 PM, and within 2 minutes, the screen falsely showed it as “ready”—yet I waited endlessly. As per KFC guidelines, orders should be served within 7 minutes, but even after I raised a complaint at the 15-minute mark, they still took another 12 minutes to serve me.

Manager Jithin had no explanation for this incompetence. This pathetic mismanagement and disrespect for customers is beyond disappointing. KFC needs to take accountability and fix this immediately!

I placed an order online through Takeaway at 8:15 and they gave me an estimated delivery time of 9:15. It is now 10.30pm and I still haven't received my order. When I inquired, they said that online orders are only processed when the customer comes in person. When I tried to contact them online, their contact number was not working. However, if they are considered a customer, they have a number so they can call me and ask. When I asked, they had no answer. very bad 😞

Fraud kfc brach. Iam a monthly customer of KFC via Zomato. Whenever I buy items from the Ernakulam MG ROAD, Central Mall branch, few items will be missing. Thrice it was 3 pieces missing from Wednesday 10 piece chiken. Twice it's was the drink it was missing. Twice it was french fries missing. I even went to store and complained about this. I used to get refund from Zomato for few of the missing items. Either the staffs or management, someone is playing fraud in this branch

As part of the spice coast marathon, there was a 42% off on the ultimate savings bucket. But when we tried to avail the offer they switched off the offer display and told us that we were wrong. They tried to fool us with the mrp price, but we checked swiggy and Zomato and found that it's the same price here. We reported it to the organizers of the marathon on this scam. At least kfc should have let us know the reality like the offer is exhausted or its limited for few, instead they behaved as we are at their charity. Stop scamming customers, be truthful to your word.
