I recently visited Pizza Hut at Centre Square Mall, Kochi, and had a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. Their service was top-notch, always attentive and courteous. While there was a normal time delay in receiving our order, the wait was worth it. The food was served fresh, and the presentation was neat and clean. The calm and quiet atmosphere made it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the meal. I had promised my kids that I would take them to a pizza joint and usually I take them to Dominos, but at 12:50pm on a Saturday, Dominos guy says he is still opening up and he will take another 45 minutes and then another 20 minutes to give me my order whatever it was. The first impression from the service there itself was great, cheerful and helping staff. The food was enjoyable like all the other pizza hut stores, same taste, same experience although the new melts item on the menu was rather odd tasting, it might interest people who love their cheese but for me it was a no.

We came with my family. The service by the staff named Azeeb was really good. He took the order and got me the yummiest pizza I ever had. He gave balloon and drawing pictures to my sister. One of the best dine in experience I had for a while. Highly Recommended

I like the cozy little spot that delivers big on flavor and warmth. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in.Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the ambiance is calm and comfortable.

One of the best pizza shop in cochin, location is at Central Square mall, 2nd floor ambience and seating is excellent, service and quality is amazing. Its bit costly compared to other pizza 🍕 shops.
