Fantastic service. I'm so glad I found him via Google maps.
Registered and activated a new sim card for me.  As a non Indian, its difficult to purchase sim cards, but he made it so easy.  Takes 20 minutes for me, but I enjoyed chatting to him and watching him deal with other customers.
My accommodation was only 2 minutes walk, and I used his recommendation on where to eat at marina the sea face, which is located just beyond his shop.
Great service, received my 28 day sim card and he supplied me with his phone number and code for when I need to extend at Punducherry.
So helpful, very honest prices.  Thank you for your personality, your smile and your answers to my questions.
Ps - I went to the grocery shop on Princess street. Bought a pack of incense / spice sticks at a local price.

I bought an Indian Sim Card at this shop. Very friendly and patient service. The owner helped me to activate the sim card. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need an Indian Sim. They have 1.5 or 4GB/ per day plans, valid for a month

Great place to sort a sim out, Mahesh is knowledgeable on getting a sim set up on phones from other countries, not an easy process in India. Efficient and good Airtel plan for a month so can't recommend this enough.

The friendliest, most patient humans alive. They spent upwards of 2 hours with me, trying and fiddling with a new SIM card until it finally, at long last, worked.

Most places would have waved me away after a bit, but not here. They offered me tea, joked and kidded around. Such positive attitudes.

Just had my phone fixed in Kochi, and wow – the technician worked a miracle in just a few minutes! My power button wasn’t working at all, and before that, repair shops back in the Czech Republic said I’d need to replace a bunch of parts – which would have cost almost half the phone. I highly recommend him – he’s the best phone repairman in Kochi, and maybe even in all of India!

When I landed in Kochi alone with a broken screen that left my phone unusable, I thought I was done for. Thankfully, India Tell was there to save the day! Not only was my screen beautifully repaired for a very economic price, but when I informed Maheswaran that I was leaving the following day, he personally hand delivered my repaired phone (with screen protector free of charge) to the hotel.

I cannot put into words how relieved and grateful I am to India Tell for essentially saving the rest of my solo trip!

Having done a bit of research for buying sim cards in Kochi, India Tell got some excellent reviews, so in need of a sim on our first full day in India I thought I'd check him out.
Really friendly guy, nothing was to much trouble for him and he set up 2 cards for us coming in just under 1400 (about 14 pounds) for the two, which was unlimited calls, 100 texts per day (does anyone still text) and 1.5GB data which refreshes daily. Felt like a great deal to me so left a very happy customer. Thanks!!!

Amazing service! Maheswaran helped me get setup with an awesome eSIM plan for my two month stay (2GB per day for ~1000 Rupees). It was a lot of effort but he did it with ease and we even shared a tea while waiting. Best option to get setup online for travelling in India!

He made the complete registration and installation of the SIM card for me. Also gave me the cheapest mobile data deal possible for foreigners (1,5Gb/day for 1 month). Payed in total 490₹ and had some Chai on top. Definitely can recommend!
