I had a pleasant visit to the Samsung Experience Store. The staff were welcoming and very helpful in explaining the latest Samsung lineup. They helped me make a confident purchase decision without any pressure. The store atmosphere was comfortable and well-organized, making it an enjoyable shopping experience.

I received excellent service with prompt delivery. The staff were polite and professional throughout. In particular, Jerin Varghese demonstrated a high level of professionalism and provided outstanding customer support. I would strongly recommend their services.

Whoever picked up the phone when I called didn't introduce himself, didn't mention the store name or ask what I was calling for! Just said "evade phone mathram ullu" and cut the call before he even finished the sentance.

From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, courteous, and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and ensure that I was getting the best possible service.
The service itself was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the deal. I bought samsung s23 ultra 12/256 gb they give a better price.
I would highly recommend samsung smartcafe to anyone looking for a samsung products.  exceeded my expectations and Iwill be using them again in the future.

Recently visited the Samsung showroom to purchase a phone and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and guided me patiently through the options. The process was smooth, and I was able to make an informed decision without any pressure. Highly satisfied with the service and overall experience.

I recently went here to enquire about the M series and A series compensation regarding the latest update samsung rolled out,which  broke many devices with Exynos 9611 chipset. Causing it to BootLoop or unable to boot.
They took the phone in until the complaint is closed.
When I received the product back after there service the back panel is not entirely sealed like previously.
You can feel and see the gap between the back glass of the phone.
Very disappointed.

So I went to samsung experience store, palarivattom.  The way the person attended to me was such a delight. He first did back up and then copied.  I am glad I went to this shop and would recommend with all sincerity to those who want expertise.

It’s easy to get confused this with their service Center. The showroom itself is good though.

Bad experience. I reached out to them over the phone to check whether they have Galaxy buds pro 3 to experience it before getting one and visited. But the staff here got a bad attitude, they never helped us and also he is not very knowledgeable about the products. I am a regular customer of this store, but I don't prefer visiting this Samsung cafe anymore and I don't suggest this to my social circle as well.

The staff here should know about the product at least. Anyone reading my review - My suggestion to you - Plz try out other Samsung cafes out there.
