Big store for your little ones. All essential for new born and kids under 6. Its huge store and well arranged. Courteous staff and easily accessible on the highway just after CUSAT signal. Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. The quality of the products are exceptional. Price is a bit on the higher side.  Though it is a small place, they have almost everything needed for the babies. If you are a regular customer, then their membership may come handy

Great collection of toys and clothes. Their newborn/ infant collection is also huge unlike other stores. The items were placed in tidily organized. The staff were also courteous and helpful. I buy almost all the products for my baby from them and they have comparable deals that you see in the online website of firstcry

Very sad experience. First, they do not have stock for many items. Always tell to come later. Second, inspite of being their member they refused to provide the items unless we call a particular number and rate them then and there! Since I couldn't visit personally, my father had went to shop. Even after so many requests they did not allow him to buy with membership unless I make the call. He had to buy items paying whole amount.
These guys first canvass you to buy their membership, later when you shop they tell it's only valid for particular items and then if you do not rate them on the spot they simply deny the discount entitled to you!
Pathetic service here! Instead you can buy any item available here at any online platform.
PS: please NEVER buy their membership! It's waste.

Such a Worst and horrible experience!!!
I am a club member of baby hug since 3yrs and visited kalamassery outlet to redeem  coupons for the 8th month of the yearly membership. but the experience was bitter enough to come to a decision, not to visit the outlet again any more.
No stocks available and the product purchased was not able to exchange just an hour after the purchase. Purchase was at 6:45pm and revisited at 8:30pm requesting exchange on the same day, 30th September, 2023.
On overall I conclude it just as a waste of time!!!!

Since I couldn't find any option to post a reply for the store comment, I am posting by editing my post here.

First of all thanks for your reply and concern. But I would like to bring into your attention that,
We were not provided assistance by any of the store executives when selecting boys' innerwear, which was a mistake on our part as we actually needed girls' innerwear. The selection was solely our responsibility, and we acknowledge the store's decision not to offer an exchange for the innerwear.
Secondly, we were willing to pay an extra amount for the exchange item if that option was possible. However, there were no girls' innerwear items available for the 3-4 year age group. Please investigate this matter.
Furthermore, there were only two pairs of leggings available in the store for children aged 3-4 years. We were considering purchasing one from the limited selection. Please consider restocking more options for this age group.
Additionally, kindly take note that all the products in the store were disorganized across all age categories.

This is one stop for all shopping needs for kids upto 6 years age. Went to the south kalamassery outlet yesterday. Neat and tidy place. Well arranged store. Friendly staff. The dress material for both boys and girls were of some unique styles and loved them very much. You can also find different types of games suitable for different age groups including basic stuffs required for infants like baby soaps, lotions, shampoos etc. Location is also on the highway and easily accessible. Good place if you are looking to buy gifts for kids. Overall nice shopping experience.

Excellent shop to buy kids products. Owner and staff were very responsible and helpful. There is a wide variety of selection and very professional service was given. Will definitely visit again.

such a bad experiance like never see any other branches . staff did't know how to deal with customer . always am using first cry products . but  first cry kalamassery dealer have diffrent policy other branches . not recommended . try other first cry branches and experinace  such a wonderfull shopping 🥰

To be very honest I've  not experienced better more personal service than I did from FirstCry Kalamassery. Time just flied by selecting  my kids toys and dresses.
Fair enough selection and quality. Helpfull staffs suggested dress altetnatives for my kid's size and age wise.  Overall awsome experience. Epitome satisfaction guranteed. Thank you FirstCry Kalamassery.

It was a very bad experience and they tried to sell me the demo product at an overpriced price. The workers here are also very bad. I think shopping here is pretty bad.

Firstcry  offers amazing fashion options for kids.I do lot of shopping  through firstcry stores.You can selects kids clothing or other items like fashion accessories, footwear, toys, feeding and nursing products, health products, baby gear, school supplies, birthday gifts according to your kid’s age..Clothing collection is really awesome with different categories .
