My pedicure was done by Amit, nails by Palash, and hair by Danish — each of them did an exceptional job. They were polite, professional, and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. I really appreciated how attentively they consulted and how respectful and kind they were. I recently visited H2O for a hair wash and blow-dry, which was done by Aditya. He did an excellent job with my hair—the blow-dry was exactly the way I like it. During the visit, he suggested a hair spa, which I decided to get done today. He was very polite and professional throughout. The head massage after the application was extremely relaxing, and the haircut he gave me was perfectly in line with my expectations. Thank you so much, Aditya!

We visit H2O every time we are in Kolhapur. The place is very clean. Amit does a great job on Pedicures and Manicures. And I got a haircut, beard trim and head massage. The next day went back for a full body massage from Anant.  Highly recommend this place which has only one branch in Kolhapur but more than 5 in Pune.

I have been a client of your salon since 2023 and since then I have been taking my appointment with Rupali. The service provided by Rupali is very good and organized. I don't go anywhere else except Rupali. You must be able to tell from this that she is a hardworker, my most favourite, my friend. I come to Rupali for facial wax eyebrows. You could say that I come here because of Rupali's service . There are no words to write that's all.

Danish did a great job with my hair color. He really knows what he’s doing and explained everything clearly, from the process to aftercare. Super patient, informative, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Loved the result and the experience. Would definitely recommend him.

Had an absolute 5 star experience! I got protein treatment on hair by their expert hair stylist Lucky! He did an amazing and meticulous job. Never has my hair looked so good. Most relaxing experience with tea/ coffee/ cold coffee popcorn and believe it or not cup o’ Maggi noodles!!! Definitely going home a happy customer.

The guy assigned to me for the haircut was really kind and skilled. However, the lady sitting at the reception is very rude. She made a big argument because nobody informed me about extra charges for hair wash and she charged me for it. Lady almost put me on trial for it and then rudely asked me to pay the bill. I have been going to H20 pune for years but Kolhapur staff really need to learn how to speak with their customers.

I colored my hair for the first time and I must say H2O really delivers with their hair services. My hair was done by Shahrukh who has exceptional skills when it comes to the hair coloring 101. I consulted him about whether to go for balayage or ombre and 11/10 would recommend getting it done by him.
