Worst service and response from staff I called many times to the salesmen for tablet inquiries, but unfortunately, they were not responding and not giving details. They even promised to call me back, but he didn't, and after I tried, they didn't pick up my call. I'm a loyal customer for Samsung, but due to irresponsible staff, I'm suffering. I always got the best service from Croma or other shops. From now on, I will purchase Samsung products from another shop.

Today visited to store for S22... Staff given me best demo n explained in the ore booking offer .. i pre booked the S22 ultra ...Good n best services i got form them so I  become the forever customer to them ....

Phone pricing are best 👌 but u have to wait a lot for Adapter specifically for white color 25w adapter.They don't have white adapter in stock.

Cheats. I went to resell my phone and buy a new phone. First day they gave me buy back price 8.5k ( undervalued but i kept quite)... Next day when i came to sell my phone they thought bakra is back.... So they 8k or less ... We will take from you send it for checking to agent with all my data on... They will open it ( don't know what they will rob from it)... When i said I'll accompany that person and why they are cheating me thinking i came back, they were straight away rude and said they can't take my phone .... Only because i pointed out facts and said that i will not leave my phone with them and will come to check.

Frauds!! Please don't buy phone from this shop. Buy on Flipkart .... Sell your phone's at trusted dealer who will check your phone in front of you....

I purchased f54 model.....all offers available in this store.....cradit card...finance....all facility available....n prices of all smart phone very reasonable
