I’ve visited the Manyavar store in Kolhapur twice now, each time hoping to find larger sizes that are readily available on the website. Disappointingly, both times they didn’t have them in stock.

Moreover, one of the staff members the girl of the photo which I have shared seemed more interested in sharing laughs with her colleagues than genuinely assisting customers. While we’re all familiar with our own appearances, professionalism should be the priority, especially in customer service. Perhaps if she took a moment to focus less on others, she might realize that the role is about making customers feel respected and welcomed. A bit of reflection might go a long way for her—and perhaps a little less judgment toward customers who are simply looking for a good shopping experience.

Improve the staff, as per the brand recognisation, don’t keep illiterate people

Arjun gaikwad was very helpful and polite with use during our visit. Manyawar collection for groom was one of a kind. It was very hard to choose which one to select.
