Utterly disgraceful service.

I have taken 6 SIMs from your office. One SIM is faulty and is not being detected at all. I reported this on 10 January 2026 to a lady staff member whose name starts with “A”. Today, even after 16 days, there is still no corrective action, no replacement, and no resolution.

I have made repeated calls and messages. Either nobody answers, or the call is ignored. This is not “delay”, it is sheer negligence and blatant disrespect to a high-value customer.

If this is the standard of your service, then kindly confirm in writing that you are unwilling to resolve a basic fault, so I can escalate this matter formally to your senior management and the concerned authorities.

Don’t buy any kind of plan and service from airtel. The very bad service they offered. They didn’t receive calls, and don’t resolve the issue till after 7-8 calls. My humble request to all plz don’t buy the service of Airtel black and broadband. The jio fiber is much better than this.

I visited  3 times to this office for transfer of my mother's no .on my name due to death of my mother but the staff not responding well nd not co operative...

Service is not good. Don't know why but even for sim reactivation they are telling to get it as POSTPAID. Although, in other branches they did it by taking only adhar card and without charges.

3rd class service by leena patil madam arrogantly talking with customer lack of knowledge, misguiding customer.. Through out this kind of customer exucative

Don't visit here. Unhelpful and rude staff. Only wanted to attach their skims instead of helping in the actual problem. Here,  it becomes a mental harassment for me to restart my old SIM.

The sim was not working. The lady sitting at the last row did not bother to issue new sim even after showing original identification document. Got it done from another store. Pathetic service from that lady

I paid for a new broadband connection for the 6 month cycle amount, after taking payment they cancelled the order within 3 hours, informed me that my money will be refunded in 10 days, this is disgusting from the store, the executive has not responded to multiple calls.

Very supportive people's, big thumbs up for Vodafone store staff working here, they just provide very polite and respectful service to you whenever you visit them as per my experience, I am not happy with Vodafone due to there new problematic and bugy SIM card activation process but these peoples over here in this shop helped me a lot to get a new postpaid no which is of my choice...

Not responding properly by them. Time consuming tocken system and it's not user-friendly to illiterate people. Average environment.
