The store is on the first floor of Acropolis. Apart from One+ they also have other brands mobile and accessories as well. I bought Motorola Edge 60 fusion. The staffs were helpful and attentive. They also arranged everything regarding EMI hassle free. They provide exchange facility as well. Overall smooth experience.

Extremely disappointing experience at OnePlus Acropolis Mall

I visited the OnePlus store at Acropolis Mall on 13th November 2025 to purchase a new phone. The staff member present was rude, inattentive, and more focused on her own phone than assisting customers. I specifically asked about the latest model, but was only pushed to buy the OnePlus 13. No mention was made that the OnePlus 15 was launching just two days later.

After discovering the launch on 15th November, I called the store. The same staff member first denied withholding information, then falsely claimed she had informed me. She promised to call back with an offer but never followed up.

This behavior was misleading, unprofessional, and insulting. I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer. I strongly recommend avoiding this store due to poor service and lack of transparency

This store is managed by RG Cellulars which doesnt require any introduction for kolkata people. They are sharks in this area. U will find wide range of mobile phones along with their accessories. Agents are very much cooperative and patient. Prices are quite decent compared to the market. Happy customer and will recommend for sure :)

Located on the 1st floor of the .Acropolis Mall.The best part of this store is that you can get all the brands mobile phones /accessories /laptops and other electronics also. All COVID precautions are well maintained by the Mall management and all other stores.

Was standing in front of open store for more than half an hour. From 11.20 a.m. to 11.55 a.m. on working day. Shutter was open. Glass door locked. Shop was all lighted. No one inside. Phone was ringing unattended. What kind of unprofessional behavior. Such a waste of valuable time.

Employees, especially the woman at the reception is very unhelpful and is involved in her own world. Shopping here is like waiting for 5 hours. There are better showrooms in kolkata, dont come to this one.
