*MY OWN EXPERIENCE*
Firstly, I talked with other builders across India, West Bengal, even on my locality for building my pc. And somewhere within i wasn't satisfied from anyone. And then I came into contact with Mostech Computers. Although i already fear, being scammed from purchasing from far away place and from a store or people whom i dont know physically. Investing around 2Lakhs to a guy whom we don't even know in this era is very difficult fir us middle class people. So I talked with many builders and among all of them Mostech Computers seemed more trustworthy and legit.
Their team always had me covered. I literally felt sorry for the guy with whom I was in contact with for buying my pc. I kept asking questions, kept changing dates for buying. All because I was in doubt in transferring  this much amount of money without even receiving my product. But I trusted them. They guided me through everything. They gave me option to see them building my pc through video call or they send videos of the building process. Even though they gained some of my trust, but still doubts were there until and unless I recieved my pc.
The delivery was fast. Took around 2 days to deliver at my location. And the packaging inside and outside was done so damn good. I will share the video.
Finally recieved my pc. Got every hardware as they promised. Checked everything, last to the every minute details. Done every tests. My pc passed all the test successfully. And then only I was relieved. Very much satisfied with their service. After few days I even ordered extra ram and ssd from them. Although prices were a bit hiked than the time of purchase of my pc they gave me the ssd and ram at the same lower price than the market price. They even helped me installing it. I faced an no screen issue after installing ram and ssd. I texted them and they guided me through it instantly. Service is too good to believe. And all these moments, I never talked verbally with them even once. All have been done through text msgs.
