Very Disappointing and Misleading Experience
I bought a laptop from this store, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Before opening the laptop’s sealed package, the staff clearly told me that they would provide accessories like a bag, mouse, and other items along with the laptop.
But the moment they cut the seal, they completely changed their words. They said no accessories were included and that if I wanted them, I would have to pay extra charges. This felt very dishonest and misleading.
Once the seal was opened, I had no choice but to continue with the purchase, and they took advantage of that situation.
I strongly do not recommend this store to anyone. The way they treat customers is unprofessional and unfair. Avoid this place if you don’t want to face the same issue.

I am giving a honest review, They are totally fruad for selling their product. I buy a hp laptop with i7 and 16gb ram, and tell them I want metal body laptop. they said yes and take money first, they give me a laptop with plastic body that look like metal body, I said what is this, they told this is metal unibody finish, What kind of fruad is this, I do not know. Total fruad, not value for money.

I recently purchased a laptop from this store, and I had a great experience. The salesperson, Vickey, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently took care of the entire setup and installation process, ensuring everything was ready to use before I left the store. I really appreciate his support and professionalism.

Highly recommend this store and especially Vickey for anyone looking to buy a laptop with proper guidance and service!

Neven even buy a laptop from this store even from EMall. I brought Asus vivobook (₹50000/) from this store the CPU was Ryzen 5 7520U which is equivalent to i3 11th gen but the seller Mr.Sanjiv kumar don't told about the cpu rather told about ram(16GB) or ssd(512 gb) which are all good. Later I realised the CPU is quite slow compared to its name Ryzen 5 7000 series, after using for 2 days i found that from youtube video that the CPU is very bad. Secondly Mr.Sanjiv kumar told us to buy screen guard at another small  store (at groud floor) the screen guard cost 2000/ this is a scam. He convinced me to buy this told many good things. I was a Stupid that time as first laptop buyer,total laptop cost 52K at this price range I get better cpu laptop from flipkart/ amazon.
Don't buy laptop from here, better to buy from Amazon/flipkart  during BBD or from Big brand like croma/reliance digital or from nearby local trusted shop, they didn't scam you in terms of bad outdated cpu and screen guard. For 1st time buyers please do  research from youtube before buying a laptop this will save your money from being scam.....Stay away from this store and also from EMall, Emall is not for all.............

Never buy anything from this store. They have zero knowledge on brand policies and will say anything to sell the product. They either didn't know (which itself is a blunder for a  salesman) or intentionally didn't tell me that Asus's warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. I couldn't make an informed decision on whether or not I should buy an accidental damage insurance and they are responsible for not informing me about the same. Once a product is sold neither them nor the brand Asus will take responsibility for repairs that should come under the warranty. I'd suggest to strictly stay away from this showroom and the brand Asus as well because their warranty is just a marketing scam. They don't even cover the service charge under their so called warranty. On top that they will keep on blaming you for causing damage instead of taking responsibility for their pathetically manufactured products which can't even take on daily wear and tear.

They are very misleading...after sale the seevice is very poor..

They give me the genuine product but sorry to say that I was waited there for booting the devuce it's took long time........atill now no problem with this product and the windows is also genuine 'oem'

Terrible store.. Once they manage to sell an item they won't take responsibility for any negative issues in a laptop. We have bought a hp laptop and they did not share the details of their policy. Afterwards when we approached them, the man who sold us the item started shouting on us and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. His name was Prabhat. Please be aware of this store, each of them is a fraud.

Extremely fraud place. Surojit will assure you that he will give the best price along with everything later will deny to provide you bag or any other accessories. They take advance sometimes in lieu of they are bringing the product and then while taking delivery they will deny  you the accesories and will force you to buy the product. I recover my advance by the help of police .Be aware and stay safe. Don't go to this fraud place.

Brought a laptop recently.. for best deals you need to have negotiated a lot.. if you can you can have best deal in kolkata... I dont have that skill so i brought a laptop for 60k..

This is the worst shop in E-mall. I went there to change my laptop's SSD. They charged me double price for the product and lied through their teeth that they are only charging a few hundred above what's available on Amazon. It was my mistake that I didn't verify the online price before I gave them the laptop. Paying money for a good product is not a problem for me, but getting cheated on isn't something I appreciate. Lessons learned.

Worst store ever....they fools you to buy everything... I bought a laptop my biggest mistake was to buy from Laptopia....They sold us 3 years extended warranty at ₹999, but later we come to know that it was from them as a free service warranty, not company authentic warranty extension.... Again in online Asus website I have to buy another 3 years original extended warranty by giving ₹999. They sold us ₹200 laptop screen guard at ₹1000 and initially I don't want to take the screen guard but they forced me by saying that u have to take as the bill was printed... the sales persons behaviour was horrible...
Never buy from here! Guys!

It's a fraud shop don't buy anything from here they promise many good things but when it comes to fulfill it they talk to you using slangs. If there were any option to report against the shop I would have done it. If you don't want to be get scammed then don't buy anything from this shop. I ask them that I want a laptop with 16gb ram they told me that ok I will get you the laptop with 16gb ram I bought the laptop they removed the original ram and give me the laptop with 16gb ram they don't give me the orginal ram which was pre-installed in the laptop and they even ask me that you can leave the box of the laptop as no one takes it with them. I got problem with my laptop atlast service centre told me that these are all happening due to faulty ram I told Surojit about it but he talked me using slangs and told me that you have to pay extra fees for new ram.
As a shopkeeper they should have changed the faulty ram at no coat but they get angry as it was my fault.     This is Fraud...

The worst laptop store ever. They sell items without knowing the terms and conditions of brands they showcase. In case you have an issue with your device, they hardly take responsibility to fix them, and mislead the customers with wrong information. Never get tricked by their words if you don't want to suffer later. I bought a brand new hp 14 inch laptop merely 16 days back, and now that the display is not working properly i contacted them and went to the hp service center where I came to know about a 14day policy for replacement which Laptopia didn't bother to discuss at the time of purchase and now denying everything to get away with their fraudulent manipulation .

Good place for premium laptops. Stock available when asus exclusive store cant provide with laptops. Got a great deal and people were very helpful. Would recommend this place.
However research your laptops if you are going for creator laptops. Other than that you can get every bit of advise and information there.

Fraud. The sales person are all very forceful, they don't show you the products you want, they almost force you to buy from a particular brand, tells false about other's products, talks disrespectfully, backstabs customers, and if you decide to leave the shop, I heard them use slangs on another customer who left the shop realizing they were cheating and tell you lies about the product, they charge unexplainably high prices, I paid more than what was available online, the staffs were quarrelling amongst themselves inside the shop, the stylus that came with my laptop isn't working and they without my permission to send it outside their shop, had sent it to a staff outside their shop to setup my laptop, I don't know if they have changed some parts from within, laptop's performance is really bad considering its said specs. They said to give free gifts, and when I checked after reaching home, they have gifted the empty box, with no mouse inside, and they don't pick up calls now. Very very bad. Now all person I meet tells me that I went in search for a perfect laptop and the sales guy told me lies and sold me some worse product telling me lies and making false promises, from a different brand.

This is the worst computer store anywhere in India. I bought a Dell Laptop from this store in E-mall Kolkata, and within 7 days I found that that DVD-writer of the laptop is not working. Slowly problem started arising in other parts also.The salesperson of this store misbehaved and out-rightly denied responsibility. The lesson I have learnt from this store are given below:

1. They sell defective and inferior quality  products.
2. The behavior of the sales person is not at all polite and co-operative.
3. They will show you one product and they will give you another inferior quality product . If you check in e-commerce sites you will find the same product in much cheaper rate.
4. Once sold they will not at all take any responsibility and will misbehave with you.
5. Please do not compromise with the quality of the product.
6. Please make everyone aware not to buy any computer or related product from this store.

My suggestion to any one who wants to buy good and genuine Laptop please go through each and every review before buying. Do not believe at least this store at all. Do not buy Laptop blindly since it is your hard earned money.  I give default 1 star rating to post this review otherwise I would have given zero.
