This shop is completely fraudulent. They sold me a laptop with false promises and hidden issues. The behaviour of staff is very bad. I felt cheated and misled. Please be very careful and avoid this shop to save your hard-earned money. A girl is standing over there and don't trust any word of her she is a totally cheater. I have purchased a laptop with 1 year warrenty and within two months it's got dead condition and they didn't solve the problem and refused to take it back even though they charged a huge amount for exchange.

These "Computer Salesmen" don't just sell; they're professional pickpockets with an expert sleight of hand!
Here’s the breakdown of how they pulled a fast one on me at the counter on Saturday, October 25, 2025:
I went to upgrade my brother’s Victus laptop RAM (from 8GB to 12GB) and buy a power cord. While I was negotiating the price, one of the staff members, without my permission, prematurely started unscrewing the laptop. I protested, but he insisted the price was "already negotiated," so I hesitantly gave him the go-ahead.
Luckily, we realized the laptop’s two slots were already full, and there was no space for the new RAM. I told him to stop and rescrew the device.

THE SWINDLE
This is where the scam hit. The cashier lady suddenly and repeatedly started calling my name for the bill—a deliberate distraction. I glanced away for one second, and that was all the time the scammer needed.
He instantly swapped my brand-new Samsung RAM for a cheap, old stick. He quickly screwed the laptop back up and gave it to me. It worked fine when I tested it briefly... until I got home and checked further, realizing the terrible truth.
The final blow: The counterfeit RAM stick died two days later.
I was tricked, but you don't have to be! NEVER take your eyes off your device, and beware of any sudden, deliberate distractions at the counter.

I bought a laptop from this shop just two months ago, and it has already stopped working and screen is black. When I took it for repair, they told me I had to pay ₹8,000 for the repair — even though the laptop was sold with a 1-year warranty. This clearly shows they are cheating customers by selling defective products and not honoring their warranty commitments. Be very careful — do not buy laptops from this shop, or you might face the same isses

Total Scam Artists! Avoid at All Costs!
I am writing this review to warn everyone about this utterly dishonest and fraudulent shop. Please save your money and your phone by going literally anywhere else.
They told me my phone had a dead motherboard and demanded ₹4000. I refused and they charged ₹500 just for "looking." Took it to Samsung today—it was only the charging port! Fixed in 2 hours for ₹236. FRAUDULENT SHOP. DO NOT GO THERE.

Mera 2 month ka laptop ka condition and they are not responding. Ignore me, not pic up my phone and not ready to help. As a customer,  this is my own experience...what should be my next process?

Total scam. I went to them 2–3 times for the same issue. Paid ₹3200 to “repair” my Dell laptop motherboard , but the exact problem came back again.

They gave me a vague, handwritten bill with no proper breakdown — just “repairing” scribbled on it. No part details, nothing.

They promised a 1-month warranty, and now they’re ignoring all calls. Don’t trust this place. They take your money and vanish.

I wish I could give them minus 5 star. They are fraud people. They take my laptop to repair and told me approximately 4500 could be the cost if the mother board had to change. The motherboard was absulutely ok. Only battery problem but without repairing my laptop they said I have to pay 3000 for a dead laptop just for doing nothing. I told them to give it back to me but they rejected to do so. And told to first give them 3000 for doing nothing. Pathetic experience. Throwing your laptop in the dusbin is a way more better option than go to them.

Rishi da is a good communicator.His behaviour very good. And he given me combo keyboard and mouse.

I repaired my laptop here and after coming home when I open it to verify I saw that they replaced my new 4gb RAM to an old one 😡😡😡

The owner keeps your original product and will give you an old one. It's a trap. Don't fall. They loot your money. Never go there.

I have never came across with such a friendly laptop store where staff members are so helping. They Spent good time with me to help select right laptop. Amazing pricing has been offered by them. A must visit shop if you are looking for good laptop deal.

They're selling useless laptops. Think twice before purchasing any second hand laptops from here. It will work only for 5 - 6 months luckily and then various issues will occur. They provide you only 1 one year service warranty not the product warranty. So think again before purchasing anything from here.
