McDonald's is finally back in Mani Square with a whole new world and innovation !! You can opt for dining in or takeaway from the counter. The atmosphere is beautiful, the ambiance is well groomed and premium. Staff interaction has been quite satisfactory and their approach is pretty welcoming too. The best part of the store is its self ordering pods, the three big screens allow you to order and even complete the transaction while you pick up a physical token marking yourself and your order. In case of any problem with the interface, you can definitely take help from the staff present. Suggession: Kindly be quick with your order at the pods on busy days as there might be a bit of hurry around the pods. I hope McDonald's takes care of this as they expand in the near future. The food service is quick and really the very best indeed. Service and grievance maintenance is smooth and hassle free.
