Visited a relative's place at Keventer Rishra. Residential Apartments in 4 or 5 Towers. It is near to Rishra station. Difficulty is distance from Kolkata and Railway gate separating Rishra town in two parts also creates a nuisance as you have to wait around 20 mins or more for trains to pass. Talks about a underpass is pending for decades.

We have been staying here for the last 6 years. No maintenance, flat condition is pathetic. Authority doesn't give salary to housekeeping staff so it results in poor maintenance. No filtration of water, termite, seepage , lift not operational, constructional defects are common issues. Beware of the sales team. Don't rely on their words. Think twice before purchasing any property here.

Good society campus. Quiet Atmosphere. Neat and clean ground area

Keventers is residential society. It has open space and little well maintained garden and sitting area. In addition to that it has got ample parking for the people living in the society as well for the guests coming there. Overall it's a very good and peaceful place to reside in.

Beautiful location and very planned building so that almost all blocks and flats are airy. Only downside is the quality of apartment. Lot of cracks on the building and inside flats.

Best place in Rishra. Tarak Da and Sanju Tea Stall has the best tea in Hooghly.

We hop, we share thoughts, we fly with open mind here. That's our kind of celebration of Youth. Keventer's is a place to open up what we can't in routine disciplined family life.

Very good for relax stay. Better than other stand alone flats.

It's real good. 10 Mins from Rishra Station. Also there is garden & space for children play. Secutry is also there.  It is the best Apartment is Rishra

Nearby Rishra railway station convenient local train travellers.

Don't know about appartment facilities but locality very calm and accessible ! 5 min walk from Rishra station

Good location.  But build quality of apartment is not up to the mark

Really great place with a great environment

Inside a big compound there are few towers ( buildings ) namely Keventer located near Rishra station ( West )

It's now becoming Rishra's lungs.
Lot of area and you will spend a beautiful time there

It's a nice & free place to stay for them who loves suburban lifestyle.
