On 11.02....I visited here, it was a very pleasant shopping experience. The staff members were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely helpful. They assisted with sizes, suggested styles, and ensured that customers felt comfortable while browsing. Their attentive attitude definitely made the visit smoother and more enjoyable.

The store already offers a wide range of collections across different categories, including casual wear, ethnic options, and seasonal trends. The variety in designs, colors, and price points is quite impressive. However, I believe the collection could still be expanded further to provide customers with an even broader selection. Introducing more fresh designs, extended size options, and additional style variations would enhance the shopping experience even more.

The best shopping destination at Barasat. We have been buying from here for the last 3 -4 years. You will get the best price with good quality here. Oversized clothes are also available here. I have seen the same design at Rs. 300 above the price of MAX in another clothing brand like Pantaloons.

The staff are very cooperative and helpful. However, the range of collections, product options, and varieties should be expanded to offer customers a wider selection.

I usually consider Max a good and reliable brand. However, my recent experience at the Max store in Star Mall was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
Last night, I visited the store with my husband to browse some bags. I clearly mentioned to the staff that we were just looking and not intending to make a purchase at that moment. Despite this, multiple staff members kept approaching us repeatedly with the same questions in an increasingly rude manner. It became very irritating, and I eventually stopped responding.
As we were leaving the store, one of the staff members literally shouted at us, saying “O madam, hello apnak bol6i!” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Is this how Max trains its staff to speak to customers?
Max is a reputed brand, and the staff should understand that they are representing it. Such unprofessional conduct not only reflects poorly on the individuals but also damages the brand’s image. It appears that the employees lack proper training in customer service and basic etiquette.

I sincerely request higher management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Updated collection to suit Gen Z tastes and preferences. Need to work more on the versatility of options to suit global trends but it has always been my go to option for shopping.

The Max brand is good, but the behavior of the staff at the Max store in Madhyamgram Star Mall is not good, and the policy here is not good either. You can't just buy one product here.If you want to buy something, you have to buy two things, and I don't like this product. Why would he buy two things even though he doesn't need them?

Perfectly designed store for all. From small budget to big, from basic design to niche, the store has so many options for style mongers. Winter garments at its best. So many options are there for kids and ladies section. Good material and trendy design. Must visit place in Madhyamgram.

If you're looking for quality products at affordable price, this must be your one stop destination.. I bought a men's jeans of 800 or 900 ( don't remember clearly ) and he still wears it everyday and its quality is still superb..

max is a great brand for mid range shopping

Very nice place for shopping. Very trendy collection available in store. Very good and friendly behavior. Also store manager  Mr. Santanu Mondal and team help us to meet all my query. As a customer I'm very impressed. I also recommend my friends.

The behaviour of a lady staff at your shop is not good at all..we faced unprofessional behaviour..you should train your staff how to talk and deal with a customer before recruiting them..I was a regular customer of your madhyamgram branch..but after the incident happened to me on 08.10.23 , I'm never gonna buy a single thing from your shop..I went on a shopping for my sister on that day at your shop with my family..1st of all one of your staff Said that my sister can't trial a dress which one she had liked..so I was searching for another dress..and mistakenly I picked up L size dress instead of M size.. only for this reason she  rudely behaved  with us and blamed me that why I am  messing up the clothes without telling her??I should  tell her before taking things..Then I said sorry for touching  a dress without her permission to see what reaction come from her side..but she was so arrogent that she continued..Should I have to take  permission before touching your clothes?? I visited many branded shops..but I must say that your shop has the most uneducated , bad-mannered staff..
As far as I know staffs should go to the customer for assistance..but she was standing in one position and when I was  searching for a dress she misbehaved with us without any reason..sorry to say , your employees are ruining your business..

The employees here are extremely rude. They ask you to leave if you don’t enter the store and buy something immediately. They say things along the lines of “please leave if you don’t intend on buying anything.” When we complained, they did not apologise either, instead made excuses for this rude behaviour.

This branch of Max fashion is very good. It has a good range of women's cloths as well as men's cloths. They host a variety of brands. The kids section is a bit limited, but not bad either. The prices are affordable and the quality of clothing is also good. The trial rooms are very good and there are lots of them so there isn't a huge line. Overall, it's a must go if you are visiting star mall for cloths shopping.

Now Max launches Urban Collection. The collection is really beautiful which is available at the right price. Available  many garments  store available  in barasat , only one  max  store follow ultra trendy collection with reasonable  prices. And garments  quality  always better then zudio Or bazar Kolkata and yosta. And collections more better then  pantaloons . so, personally  I like max branded products.
