I recently visited Maheshwari Rasoi and was pleasantly surprised to see they offered Keto diet options. I tried the Idly Vada, with 2 pieces each served with Sambhar and Chutney. The taste was amazing and the fact that it catered to my Keto diet made it even better. The Idly and Vada were both soft and flavorful, and the accompanying Sambhar and Chutney added the perfect balance of spice and tanginess. Definitely a must-
