I recently purchased clothes worth ₹8,000 from Max Fashion, Focus Mall, and I was really impressed with the entire experience. The collection was stylish, well-organised, and had great options for both casual and occasional wear at affordable prices.
A special mention to Ms. Vishnupriya, the sales girl who attended me. She was extremely polite, helpful, and patient throughout my shopping time. She guided me with the right sizes, colour choices, and latest trends without being pushy. Her customer service made my shopping smooth and enjoyable.
I highly recommend Max Fashion at Focus Mall for anyone looking for a great shopping experience with excellent customer support. Will definitely visit again!

Max  is a shopper's paradise! I recently visited this store and was impressed by the vast collection of trendy apparel, footwear, and accessories for the whole family. The store's layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Ridiculous experience at last two shopping . What the hell is happening in Max stores. Only one bill counter is active and I qued more than many times and one bill counter is available . I think this is cheap and the cashier behavior is pathetic . Never give any value to these customer . Consider this as a request management. Or if you give only this value for customers . I’m okay .

Good selection of clothes at great prices but what chaos at the check out. There appears to be no order. Clothes are piled up on the counter with customers still deciding whether to buy or not. Why is it not possible to just pay and go? I have encountered the same thing in every Max store I have visited in Kerala and Karnataka. My heart sinks whenever I have decided to buy something. Someone really needs to rethink the check out process and view things from the customer's point of view.

We visited your store at between 5.30 pm and 6pm on 30 September 2025, but did not buy anything. We wanted to buy but there is no queue system at the counter. We came first in the queue but the staff at the counter called someone from somewhere and started billing for them. When I asked about queue system, he said the other customer came early. I was with my mother who is a senior citizen and has health issues. Hence, we didn't buy anything. I had told the guy at the entrance to convey this matter to the manager he said he would do it, but obviously there was no action.
Hope that you will respect your customers time and implement queue system ( which is a basic necessity ) at your billing counter.

One of the best brand for affordable and fashionable clothings. They have many outlets. They offer huge discounts in festival seasons.

Decent collections at affordable prices. Good ambience, however staffs are not engaging with customers at all..

Excellent experience of shopping. While in Dubai (around over 3 decades) Max Fashion used to be the first choice of my daughters for all their needs while they were in school. During college also Max used to be in the top 5 stores to visit for their requirements.

Again here in Focus mall also they keep their unique style and quality of the products. The products are displayed neatly and beautifully arranged. That makes the shopping a nice experience. The staff are pro actively serving the customers which increase the confidence of the customers to pick the best from the lot. Also the staff are widely knowledgeable on the products on display.

This time my elder daughter brought a bag and a shrug for her daily use. The product were good so was the price tag.  Will attach the invoice.

Ladies and gentlemen, please do visit Max and experience a different shopping experience.

I got a good customer service from other max,thats why I took the membership card ,but this one customer service and billing section staffs are not at all helpful

Went to max recently and the collections were quite good.But poor costumer service and arrogant behaviour of the staff made me to cancel my purchasing plan.Waited in the billing counter for more than a hour but no service was available even though there are 3 or 4 systems.It is a basic sense to provide service  first to the one who came first but they were very ignorant.For them the size of the bag matters I think and they just waste our time by chit chatting with other costumers or coworkers.No costumer will encourage such an approach.Its high time to make the billing section working and efficient.Because this is not my own experience, many of your costumers had the same experience.

Bought clothes from Max Fashion Focus Mall store yesterday, but the security tag wasn't removed. Hope they fix this issue soon. Otherwise, the store experience was good."

Ladies Trial room service is extremely bad! They're very rude and not letting people trial dresses comfortably.

Good selection and very spacious..but no enough staff at the billing section..we have to wait so much to pay the bill

Extremely bad service. The store manager and staff behave unprofessionally. I was standing in queue to use the trail room during a rush hour and a lady surpassed me and entered one of the trial rooms. Upon asking the staff in charge of the trial room they said there is no queue system being followed in that particular store of max. Never shopping from max again.

I wanted to report this and upon asking the store manager he gave me a white paper to write the complaint instead of the complaint book. I was told they will send a scanned copy of my complaint to their HO keeping me in cc but no such emails received.

We went there to purchase dress for myself and wife they have good collection of dresses to select from. We bought few dresses that cost from 699₹to 899₹ using NFC card payment. The staffs were ok. Overall good selection from tshirts to shirts to trendy casual shirt, jeans for men women and children.

They also have plush toys for children to play with. Those stuffed toys are really cute

Only one person will be  in counter  .. it’s their practice .. all the counters are vacant and attended while customers wait in queue

Had difficult time at Max...the sales person was continuously interfering with my shopping...I politely told her twice that I will call her if I needed any assistance but she wouldn't leave my side..she said it's a new store policy...I like shopping peacefully and this was very annoying so I left without finishing my shopping...I usually shop from Max...so could you please help me out here...please do something about this new policy...?
