Very poor staff behaviour. The lady staff was very rude to us when we were purchasing from the shop. She eavsdropped and interfered in our personal discussions regarding a product and behaved in a really unproffesional way. She said the shop has specific rules that the customers after deciding on a product must buy it from the shop itself. They do not provide any testers for concealers, lipliners etc, making the customers really difficult to shop from here. The lady staff behaved very pathetically which led us to walk out of the shop, discarding the items we ought to purchase.
