I recently visited the Max store around 7 p.m., and the experience was quite disappointing. Even though there were a good number of customers inside, only one billing counter was open out of the four available. When we requested the staff to open at least one more counter since it was getting crowded, they simply said it was already time to close — even though the store’s closing time is around 9:30–10:00 p.m.

What was frustrating is that the other staff members were just standing and folding clothes instead of helping with billing, while customers had to wait in a long queue. This kind of attitude from the staff is really disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Max. I hope the management takes note of this issue and ensures better service in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at the bill payment counter in the Max showroom. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff at the counter seemed completely disinterested and lacked even basic courtesy or warmth. They appeared lifeless and unbothered, which made the whole experience unpleasant.

The attitude of the bill counter staff was so unwelcoming that it made me seriously consider leaving my purchase and looking for other stores instead. A brand like Max should really focus on training their staff to be more polite and customer-friendly. Shopping is not just about the products but also about how customers are treated, and this experience left a very negative impression.

Very poor customer service and slow billing. Even with only a few people in line, we had to wait a long time. I was frustrated when they made us wait just to explain membership benefits to one customer. They don’t seem to value or listen to customers. The collection isn’t great either. Thankfully, I found the same product for a cheaper price on Amazon. I won’t be going there again.

Very disappointed with the service. The overall experience was extremely poor, and the billing staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Their service quality does not meet basic expectations, and the team handling billing issues needs serious improvement. Definitely not recommended.

Very poor billing experience at Max Fashion, HiLITE Mall Kozhikode. Staff ignored customers waiting in line and kept billing people who barged in. I was skipped even after reaching the counter and had to leave without buying anything. Extremely disappointing and unfair.

The only max outlet that I found interesting is the new one that is open at Eranhipalam. The service was  not that good. The collection is also very less compared to other outlets.

Please don't take their elite membership. The somehow convinced me to buy it and i have paid Rs. 250. But their App is always crashing and the coupon code which they have sent to my number is not working. It is a scam. Don't listen to their words.

Extremely slow billing. Makes you really hate the experience of shopping here. And the worst part is they'll reply saying sorry, but won't do anything after numerous complaints.

Very bad quality of displayed shoes. I asked the in charge to remove the kids shoes as it does lack a quality to be. All shoes have blue colour or are full of dirt. Do you expect someone to buy this from you ?

Hilte mall max staffs are extremely disgusting. Yesterday I purchased for 500. They asked me to join membership then I have to pay only 250. Bute they didn't say that membership cash was extra 267 rupees. I had a loss they don't know how to use app and purchase through I'm it was totally waste of time. I lost too much time in max. Max app is not working for apply code  staff name is Navya. I had a bad day

My wife visited MAX in Hi Lite Mall, Thrissur, today(10!06/2025), and was disappointed by an inappropriate practice at the billing counter. While checking out, the staff requested my wife’s mobile phone and proceeded to submit a customer service review on her behalf without her consent.

Reviews and ratings should always reflect a customer's genuine experience, not be manipulated by store employees. This is highly unprofessional and raises concerns about authenticity. Businesses should uphold ethical standards in customer feedback rather than influencing ratings in an unfair manner.

Hoping the management addresses this issue to ensure transparency in their review process.

They have less collections compared to Max Focus mall

I recently visited Max in Calicut and had a wonderful shopping experience. The store offers a fantastic range of clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. The quality of the products is excellent, and there’s always something trendy and stylish to choose from.

The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse through the collections. The displays are visually appealing, and the sections are clearly labeled, which helps in finding what you need quickly. The fitting rooms are spacious and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive shopping experience.

You have to change uniform in the staff it's nt really attractive

I recently had an issue with an extra debit of money during a purchase at Max Calicut. But the refund i get only after one month However, thanks to the exceptional assistance of the cashier, the problem was swiftly resolved, and I received a prompt refund. The cashier's professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help were truly commendable. Their exemplary customer service ensured that my shopping experience remained positive despite the initial hiccup. I highly appreciate their efforts and would like to thank them for their outstanding service.

Very bad experience. They can`t even provide a bag after selling items rs 5000 thousand and above very arogant billing staff
