Got a modular kitchen and a few wash counters done by them.
Quality of work: Poor. Pics as proof (mind you these are of final prduct).
Professionalism: What is that?? First, they tried to cover up cracks on vinyl sheet (which broke because the haphazard way screws were put) by pasting stickers over them. When found, they justified saying this wont impact the usage. Eventually, they agreed to replace it, but then changed only the vinyl sheet instead of board. Didn't put anything to safeguard the floor tiles and ended up spoiling them, didn't clean up after the work, didn't bother to clean the glue and residue over modules. The list is endless.
Adherence to timelines: Poor.
Adherence to commitment: Poor. Initially they said, 95% of work will be done at factory and they need a day to fix the kitchen modules. Every day the deadline would be exteded by a day and eventually it took a week to finish the job.
Response to complaints: Firstly, they don't accept any mistake and if confronted come up with absurd excuses which undermine your intelligence. Eventually, we gave up arguing with them because only when a person talks sensibly you can talk to them.
Coordination: Every individual in the team works in a xylo and has no idea of what the other person is doing. First of all, the guy who took measurements had no clue of the position or width of gas cylinder and the modules had to be resized. A new hole had to be drilled on kitchen counter to accommodate the gas pipe (In fact, the genius suggested cutting a hole in the module to accommodate the pipe). The carpenter doesn't know what design was provided. One of the pull outs had 3 accessories in the design but came with just 2. These had to be refitted and now the pullouts which were supposed to be soft close need you to go to gym to pull them out.
Finishing: What is that? Pics as proof. The panel gaps are inconsistent, the hinges are fixed inconsistently, the glass shelves are not in alignment. Again the list is endless. If a person cant even fix 2 glasses in proper alignment, this is not an issue of workmanship but 'I give a damn attitude'.
Products used: We had asked for WPC boards for kitchen cabinets and found plywood board in one of the modules (which was replaced because of crack due to screws). Since the modules were already pasted with vinyl sheets god knows what what lies beneath them.
In short, a bunch of unprofessional people who will make you  repent your decision of going with them. Your patience will be tested and your energy and money will be wasted.
