It was my first visit to this store. My wife was along with me. Since it was a walkable distance from our place we opted to walk despite it was nearing noon time and the sun was bit harsh. As usual I was wearing a cap and thus protecting my head from direct sunlight. My wife opened her umbrella to get protection from the sun.

We were sweating a bit. Since it was a Friday we were slightly confused whether the shop is opened or not, especially it is a Ramadan month.  But the shop was opened and when we opened the door the first thing welcomed us was the cool breeze (fully air conditioned) and a pleasing young lady in her show room uniform greeted us and asked us the reason for our visit to the store.

My wife explained her the situation and she guided us to the first floor of the show room where branded baby products were displayed. We took a round looking at all the baby products on display. The lady was closely watching us and giving required inputs about the products and price to make our shopping easy.

We selected a baby car seat of “R for Rabbit” international brand which can be used for at least two years, if not more. The baby boy to whom it is to be gifted is now only 90 days old. We found the product worth. She helped us with some discount. The last price of it was around Rs 4k.

I made the payment by Google Pay and asked her to gift wrap 🎁 the item and keep it ready with them. We will collect it around 9 am tomorrow and go to the place where the function is scheduled.

I found the show room to be nice, tidy, air conditioned, nice display of branded products and top of all the best customer service from the staffs around. Being the head of Customer Service with a Japanese company abroad over three and a half decades, I found the customer service at the shop to be of international standards.  I have decided to use this store for my future purchases too. Ladies and gentlemen, please do visit the store and experience it. Am sure you will also feel like me❤️

Average quality products at inflated prices. What's even more disappointing is the extra charge for gift wrapping - ₹8 per sheet! For a shop that's already overpriced, this additional fee feels like a rip-off. Not recommended.

I have seen some people here commenting unbeatable on prices and this excites me. In my experience, the prices are average 2-4 times in comparison to the market for products of the same or even better quality. Rest everything is acceptable here except the unacceptable and very high pricing.
