Please get  your stafff and manager trained properly... Zero manners ans etiquettes... Hotel industry me ye attitude nahi chahlega!!

Awful service from the moment I step in the hotel,  unhygienic, no cleaning, no curtains, no cattle, delay in service... Stained Bedsheet and what not...
And on top of it...  Behavior, very rude and unapologetic!!

We attended a birthday party,it was great night because of service provided by hotel.

Recently booked hall for Mundan party.
Very poor catering service. Carpet was very dirty. Food is not up to mark. Waiters were not serving properly. Food was finished in between even not serving number of people (150) we booked. I will not recommend this for parties. Please avoid if you don’t want to ruin your function.

Decent rooms and good atmosphere,staff supportive

Had dinner here with friends and family. Ordered chilly chicken, French fries, chicken kali Mirch, and Mutton Rogan Josh. The food was very tasty. Went here to celebrate birthday and the cake prepared by the restaurant was delicious.
The staff was friendly and the service was quick. They have ample seating space.

Guys if you are visiting the city or any place nearby this is the place you must stay, its located in the heart of the city, the Hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality, no other hotel in Lakhimpur provides you with that, Trust me. The staff is extremely helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The Hotel provides you with almost every facility from Good Room Service, some very Delicious Dishes on the menu to Parking and Shopping Place and every thing you will ask for.
The ROOFTOP BANQUET place was also great, perfect for all kinds of gatherings be it a reception or wedding. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor banquet (party place) with the view of the city. And when i say the food was delicious (i mean it)
Overall experience was awsome, i recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won't regret, just be there. ;)

I had engagement function of my sister in hotel RR Grand. My expectations was same as I saw in other hotels. However, the service was worst. Not expected from this type of 3* hotel. The French fries in starter was too bad. At first sight I was confused what was that. They took time for starter. The food and the arrangement were also very 3rd class. No tables for couple to have lunch. Didn't expect this kind of service from this type of hotel.

Pros: Neat and clean hotel.
If you get road side rooms you will get plenty of sunlight.
Cons:
They are little slow on room food service.
Electricity is problem of lakhimpur. You might get lots of power cuts.
Language wise its mix of awadhi and hindi.

We stayed for about 3hrs. Staff was courteous & ready to help. However few basic things were not taken care of like. toilet roll in the washroom... efficient geyser etc. Parking of vehicle is also an issue. Overall an ok hotel in a small place..Lakhimpur Khiri.

A decent place it is. nice staff and food in particular is yum But rooms need maintenance, curtain rods are broken, A/C makes so loud noise all the night, windows make sounds when u open the room's door, quilt cover has holes.

Worst quality of service food is third class never order chicken biryani there is no option to attach photo so i will not attach but never ever book this hotel if u call no body is response the hotel is call nam bade darshan chote i recommend you guys never book this hotel food quality is very bad i regret to book this hotel

This is newly opened hotel and banquet hall in lakhimpur which is situated on kheri road near v mart shopping mall.I attended a post marriage reception ceremony here which wad very well organised by hotel.reception hall wad well decorated and waitresses were cool and quick and friendly.dinner was also delicious and overall experience was excellent.Hotel rooms are also upto the mark.

It's in Lakhimpur Kiri city, under ground there is parking, ground floor shops are there, hotel banquet hall is also there. Rooms are good having tv, gesyer etc. Breakfast is good, we ordered sandwich, aloo Paratha and Puri sabzi all are good 👍

It was great place. You can go with your friends and family and have a good time, you will have a good options to eat and bit of shopping options nearby overall Worth a visit.

It's too nice as for lakhimpur iyans want's... So cheap nd best started price of movie tickets.... Neat nd clean... But a thing no.   Of staff is vry short in counter of canteen Or whatever u say.... Picture nd sound quality is gud... But 1 more thing disappointed me.... There is no bouncers in Hall to protect   bad comments or shouting or misbehaving by   young boys who have bad mannerd....
By the ways it's too gud to enjoy movies..... I ll be there soon agn.....

Staff behavior and room size is good but Room AC  wois notrking and food quality is not up to mark.Gyser is centerlise which is not in control of guest.

I used the room for continously three days the staff was vefy co-operative and all the aminities requiemred by me were provided at the earliest...
