I have loved this business since the very first minute I stepped into it. Mr Ishfaq is friendly, always professional, and his beautiful variety of jewellery etc. are high quality, yet excellently priced. I highly recommend that everyone should visit him.

It's oleg from Russia. I know this business for about 10 years. A very good friend of mine. He always assisted me with kind heart. Buying from him gems jewelry and pashmina. I always recommend him. One thing more I will share more about him please don't be arrogant while bargains. Ask him nicely he will give discounts. Highly recommending the place.

Himalayan Collection has so many treasures including the owner, Ishfaq, who is so helpful and patient. A visit to the shop is a memorable experience. Everything purchased there has been well worth it in terms of quality and beauty. Ishfaq also gave us excellent advise about travelling around Ladakh and is most trustworthy.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a shop. The owner was extremely rude and aggressive. When we asked for clarification on the pricing, he became hostile and started verbally abusing us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place at all costs. please do not visit

Very Disappointed
Had a really unpleasant experience. The staff (or owner) was extremely arrogant and rude  no sense of basic customer service or courtesy. I came in hoping for a decent interaction, but left completely disappointed. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their attitude.
