I recently tried Balaji Sweets for our office lunch and I must say, their raw paneer dish was amazing! The texture was perfect and it was well-seasoned. However, since we were on a tight lunch break, I was slightly disappointed with the speed of delivery. Also, the packaging was not very sturdy and the dishes were not securely sealed, causing a bit of a mess. Overall, the raw paneer made up for it but I hope they can improve on the delivery speed and
