The service of this store is very poor. I ordered a washing machine from them, but the delivery was very late, and the installation/demo team arrived before the product was even delivered. They don’t know anything about the products—only the price. When it comes to specifications, there’s complete silence. They have no idea about RO/UV/MC. The entire staff is just busy watching reels on their phones. Never buy a product from their store. As soon as you make the payment, their behavior completely changes—and you can forget about actually receiving the product. You’ll keep calling them to ask why the delivery is delayed, but they won’t even pick up your calls. Even if you have to pay ₹1000 to ₹2000 more elsewhere, don’t buy from here.

Review for Value Plus Service

I recently purchased an AC from Value Plus, paying ₹4,000 more than the online price solely for the promise of reliable after-sales support. Your employee, Sanjeev, assured me of prompt service and hassle-free support for any future issues. However, this has turned out to be nothing but empty promises.

After installation, the AC stopped working. I contacted Sanjeev three times, and each time he promised to send someone for support. Yet, nobody has shown up, and I have not even received any follow-up or information.

This is extremely frustrating. I trusted Value Plus for better service, but I feel cheated. If this is how you treat your customers after charging a premium, I seriously regret choosing Value Plus over online options.

I expect an immediate resolution to this issue.

On January 1st, I purchased a Voltas semi-automatic washing machine, which developed an issue. Two engineers visited, and on January 6th, another engineer came and confirmed there was a defect. He took the machine, promising to resolve the issue, but even after 4-5 days, no action has been taken.

I strongly advise against buying from Value Plus. Local stores provide much better service and respond promptly. Despite multiple calls to their manager, I was told they would look into it once they returned to the store. Now, my number has been blocked. This is highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend Value Plus to anyone.

I recently purchased a cooler and they promised to deliver within 1-2 hrs and then they called and said... We will be delivering tomorrow.

And when today I received I received demo product and they have that audacity to argue that's it's not of demo.

I was told you don't fill water in it and use we will take back ...

Most bogus shop.Never buy anything from here.salesman was smooth talker with all false assurance. On 13th I deposited cheque for LG Fridge with 100% assurance of delivery n installation of a fresh fridge from ware house before Holi.I insisted not to deliver demo piece.My husband put mark on the demo piece without their knowledge.When AFTER HOLI, enginr opened sealed pack, it was demo piece.i called the shop and they said,nothing can b done now n they r sorry.I am 73 yrs old and my husband 82

Very poor service. I have purchased hitachi split ac on 16.06.2024 . Ac was delivered on 17.06.2024. They told me that ac will surely installed on 18.06.2024 but my ac was not installed when I called store they said lodge complain on hitachi customer service.Worst service. Even in value plus store drinking water was not there in this hot weather.I asked for water from sales representative he said water is not available. They don't care about their customers and make false promises.

BEWARE!! FRAUDSTERS.. Purchased a new Hitachi Window AC 2 weeks back. AC had manufacturing defect. After 2 weeks of follow up and escalation, engineer visited and confirmed manufacturing fault. Still, store denied to replace the AC and behavior of staff and manager was pathetic. No one even listen to us at store and they said to speak with Hitachi as its not their headache. Pathetic service, pathetic store. Beware. Don't buy anything from here. They will sell for cheap since all they have is old stock with defects.

The person Gaurav calling himself manger at this store is very disrespectful and doesn't know the basic etiquette of dealing with customers. He yells and shouts at customers on the pretext of being under pressure.

Worst and Traumatic experience. Delayed services. Behaviour of manager and staffs is pathetic. They will waste your time due to their staffs fault.
