It was a nice large space, attended very well by the staff, immediately a staff person contacted and generated the token via mobile number, and after 10 min. waiting time to get my turn, executive listen my issue properly and my exchange (in warranty) ticket generated and they provided 1-2hrs time to get the time to resolve the ticket and after given time i got the replaced product. It was a very good experience .

Decent experience store with cooperative and nice staff. You can buy all latest one plus smartphones and accessories. Also in store One plus TV, back packs, and service center is there. Other accessories include one plus buds, chargers, covers, etc. This place is located in saharaganj mall hazaratganj. This is the 2nd official store in Lucknow. The first one is in the Phoenix palassio mall Lucknow Shaheed path road. Thank you✌️

Very polite and quick process. One thing i really like is the real-time timelines shared with the customer prior to service. The overall process is quick and easy to go through. The staff is very well versed in their working. Sales and Service go hand in hand for a smooth working. One improvement i would suggest:- PLEASE PICK UP YOUR REGISTERED CALLING NUMBERS. IT GETS REALLY HECTIC WHEN A PERSON CALLS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

Quick service, very responsive staff. They fixed my phone screen (under warranty) in few hours, it was hassle free experience. Store is taking all security measures for covid 19 prevention. I had to call quite a few times before visiting the store to be sure screen is in stock, sometimes they were not picking landline phone but I had an alternate number which was being answered. Please try to answer as many calls specially now a days people don't want to visit the store unnecessarily due to covid 19. Overall experience was great hence 5 star.

Amazing in store experience , seamless & quick experience especially the support & service provided by Rohit Singh in Saharaganj hazratganj branch. He also helped in cloning of the data as well. Really a great experience from One plus in this store. (However not all stores provide a good experience especially the phoenix palassio mall branch.)

Someone told me and I myself had heard that OnePlus stores were closing, yet when I visited the OnePlus store, Rahul very Clearly told me what was the reason. And I am very happy that oneplus is not binding, I have bought one plus 12, Rahul has guided me very well, he is a very good person so polite calm even everything in nice thanks
